Chapter 2 - Chapter 2. Guardian of Eternity Osh.

After a lengthy recovery period following the Great Titan War, the world entered an era of relative peace. However, the desire for knowledge did not wane; on the contrary, it grew. To find the perfect tool for reconciling the various spheres of existence, six sages gathered together, deciding to create an artificial consciousness—a god capable of serving as a bridge between higher powers and ordinary people.

The elders sought the perfect combination of qualities that would allow this being to exist in both worlds. Before beginning the process of consciousness formation, they spent decades on research and experimentation, collecting unique substances and components. Seven stages had to be completed before the long-awaited finale arrived: the pronunciation of the key phrase that gives life to the newborn being.

Having assumed the form of a teenage boy, the young god appeared before his mentors. His slight frame, wide eyes, and inquisitive expression bespoke the purity and freshness of his newborn consciousness. They gave him a simple and capacious name—Osh, meaning "light, enlightenment."

Initially, six sages reached an agreement, deciding to work together on the education of the little god. It was hoped that their accumulated wisdom would allow them to cultivate the ideal assistant. Each of them would contribute something unique to Osh's developing mind:

Nebula, a middle-aged woman, will be engaged in cultivating a sense of responsibility and awareness.

The judge, an experienced man, will introduce the concept of justice and law.

Merida, a beautiful woman, will devote her attention to studying the dark aspects of reality.

Naos, a slightly crazy guy, will talk about the role of chance and fatality.

Rah-Ozu, the oldest of the group, will speak about the nature of time and the cycles of life.

K'arkh, a young newcomer, will offer practical advice on interacting with the physical environment.

However, the emerging competition led to significant differences in views on educational methodology. The main disagreements arose between the senior masters and the younger members of the team. This culminated in K'arkh's unexpected announcement that he was leaving the program, citing the impossibility of reconciling his views with his colleagues.

Having left the company of the sages, K'arkh withdrew to distant lands, leaving the main group in a state of deep anxiety and uncertainty.

Older and wiser, Osh decided to leave the confines of academia and venture into the real world, testing his knowledge and skills in practice. Heading toward the northern border, he discovered tiny villages whose inhabitants suffered from hunger, disease, and fear.

Deciding to demonstrate his abilities, the young god made efforts to improve the quality of life of the local residents. By healing the sick, enriching the harvest, and illuminating the roads, he instantly won the hearts of those around him.

The delighted neighbors expressed their gratitude by building a beautiful city, named Asgard. The capital became a true masterpiece of architecture and engineering, incorporating the best features of previous settlements. A period of prosperity began immediately, enchanting tourists and visitors.

Inspired by the love of the residents, Osh often visited Asgard, giving lectures and participating in cultural events.

The situation gradually changed when three unscrupulous mentors—Merida, Naos, and Rah-Ozu—began holding secret meetings, discussing possible ways to exploit the young god's weaknesses. They ultimately concluded that the only way to enhance their personal status was to change their protégé's perspective.

The infiltration operation began gently and gradually. Citing supposedly scientific facts and philosophical concepts, the teachers tried to persuade Osh, arguing that prudence lies in being indifferent to the fate of ordinary people. On the contrary, raising problems allows one to better identify strengths.

The changes resulted in a deterioration in the city's condition. Drought struck the agricultural lands, widespread illnesses spread among children, and robberies and crimes increased. Residents gradually lost faith in their hero, unable to understand the cause of the deterioration.

The positively-minded mentors Nebula and the Judge did not remain passive witnesses to what was happening. Organizing with a group of enthusiasts, they drew up a detailed plan to eliminate the negative influences directed at the young god.

The first stage involved negotiations with Osh himself, offering an objective assessment of the results of the recent reforms. However, the young god rejected the offer, citing the recommendations of his senior colleagues.

The second stage involved direct action against the saboteurs. Experienced fighters engaged in combat with the malevolent teachers, staging spectacular battle scenes. Ultimately, the forces of Nebula and the Judge prevailed, toppling the manipulators from their positions of power. Freed from their destructive influence, Osh publicly apologized to his fellow citizens, acknowledging his own mistakes. The people of Asgard responded with forgiveness and warmth, rejoicing at the return of their beloved hero.
