Scene: Evening, at a quiet park.
The sun was setting, painting the sky orange and pink. She sat on the bench, lost in thought, her fingers tracing the edge of her phone.
He walked up slowly, holding two cups of her favorite drink.
Him: "You look like you've been overthinking again."
Her: smiles faintly "Maybe I have."
Him: "Then let me fix that." hands her the drink "Doctor's orders — one sip of this and one smile."
She laughed softly. "You're ridiculous."
Him: "Yeah, but I'm your ridiculous."
She looked up at him, her eyes catching the last bit of sunlight. There was silence — the kind that said more than words ever could.
Her: "Why do you care so much about me?"
Him: sits beside her "Because you make life make sense. Before you, I was just... moving. With you, I'm living."
She turned toward him, heart racing, and whispered,
Her: "You always know what to say."
Him: "Nah," smiles "I just say what I feel."
He reached for her hand — slow, gentle — and she didn't pull away.
Her: "You're trouble."
Him: "Maybe. But I'm your kind of trouble."
She leaned her head on his shoulder, the sunset glowing behind them.
And for that moment, there was no world — just two people, one heartbeat, and a love that felt like forever.
