Chapter 93 - The World of Gaim

"As long as I can come back anytime, that's fine."

Raven finally felt relieved, then asked another question: "Can I bring the café and Yuka with me when I traverse worlds?"

[Of course. The Host's café has become a bridge for traversing different worlds. When connected to the next primary world, anyone close to the Host can freely move between the two worlds by passing through the portal in the café's backyard.]

"I think I understand."

Raven nodded, a weight lifted from his mind. With this, he had no more reservations.

However, before setting off for the next world, he decided to take Yuka and Saya out for an entire day of relaxation.

He brought them to a deserted beach. Saya and Yuka both put on bikinis and played with him by the sea.

"Raven-san, what's gotten into you, suddenly deciding to bring us out to play today?" After a while, Saya got a little tired, so she sat down with Raven on the sand, leaning against his shoulder.

"There's something important I need to talk to you both about tonight."

Raven was considering how to explain the world-traveling to Yuka and Saya.

So, after their fun during the day concluded and night fell, he called Yuka and Saya over and explained the situation. Yuka and Saya were initially confused, but they soon trusted everything Raven said without question.

"So, how do we actually cross over to other worlds?" Yuka asked curiously.

Saya blinked her wide eyes, looking at Raven with the same curiosity.

"Follow me, both of you."

Raven smiled slightly and was about to lead them through the portal.

In the backyard of the Amazon Café, a mysterious gateway that hadn't been there before had appeared. Only those close to Raven could open it.

"When did this door appear?" Yuka was startled. She was certain it hadn't been there that afternoon.

"Let's go in."

Raven opened the door and walked through first.

They ended up in the exact same courtyard. Everything around them looked identical, only it had changed from night to day.

"How did it suddenly get bright?" Saya asked, utterly bewildered.

Yuka looked equally confused.

But Raven knew this had to be another Rider world, though he didn't know which one.

"Let's check the main hall."

Raven walked straight toward the hall. As soon as he stepped inside, he noticed that the interior décor and space of the shop had completely changed.

Yuka and Saya followed behind, exclaiming in wonder. The space was much larger than before!

Saya hurried outside and found they were on a relatively busy street. A sign hanging on their storefront read, "Closed Today."

"Raven-san, where are we? How did the shopfront and the outside environment change so much...?" Yuka asked, puzzled.

"Well, I can't explain it clearly. It seems this happens every time we cross worlds," Raven replied casually.

He then added, "Alright, you two should treat this place like a branch store for now. Get familiar with the equipment and environment here. I'm going to go out for a look around by myself."

After giving his instructions, Raven decided to go out alone to scout the world. He chose not to ask the System, wanting to preserve the surprise.

However, he had barely walked a few steps after leaving the shop. He was immediately drawn to a massive structure in the distance.

With that, the element of surprise was naturally gone.

He saw a highly distinctive building, shaped like a giant tree standing in the center of the city.

"Yggdrasill Tower?"

Raven froze instantly, then the name left his lips.

The Rider world he was in was now self-evident.

It was the world of Kamen Rider Gaim, the 'Silly Orange' Rider.

Gaim was one of his favorite Kamen Rider series, and it was the one that got him into the franchise. It was a Rider series that diverged from the style of the Neo-Heisei era.

Its themes were fruit and ancient Japanese warriors. The story revolved around a group of teenage boys and girls who loved street dancing, fighting over stages, and eventually transforming into Riders to battle.

Raven walked down the street, curiously taking in everything around him. Street dancing was popular in this city, and there were many public stages.

He hadn't walked far when he heard music.

A crowd of passersby had gathered in front of a public stage, taking photos with their phones. They were watching a street dance performance by a few young women showing off their beautiful legs.

Raven walked closer, appreciating the vibrant youthfulness of the girls on stage.

But then, the music suddenly cut off.

A few discordant voices broke the atmosphere.

"This is Baron's turf. Everyone clear out."

A group of young men in black and red long coats turned off the music and chased the performers off the stage. The girls who were chased away were angry but dared not speak up, reluctantly leaving. After all, this was Team Baron, the team currently riding a wave of popularity.

"Damn it, the Baron guys are always so arrogant and unreasonable."

Many people in the crowd complained, including members of other dance teams.

"If anyone's got a problem, come challenge us to an Inves Game."

A man from Team Baron heard the complaint and immediately pulled out several Grade B Lockseeds, flaunting them boastfully.

The other dance team members had no choice but to keep quiet. The opposing team had multiple B-Class Lockseeds, while their best was only D-Class. The gap in power was far too massive. Moreover, Baron's leader, Kaito Kumon, possessed a Sengoku Driver and could transform directly into an Armored Rider to fight the Inves. Currently, he had virtually no rivals outside of Team Gaim.

"Alright, ignore them."

The leading man finally spoke. It was indeed Team Baron's leader, Kaito Kumon.

"Seriously, Captain, thanks to you getting so many B-Class Lockseeds, our team's strength has grown like this. Now we can definitely say we have the upper hand against Gaim and the others." A subordinate from Team Baron quickly chimed in with flattery.

Kaito Kumon smiled smugly upon hearing this.
