Lili just finished packing her things when Declan walked in from behind.
"What are you doing?"
Lili turned around, giving Declan a full view of her luggage. At some point, he had convinced her to live with him, thinking it would make her at least hesitant to leave.
And yet here she was. The day was just beginning and she was already planning to leave. Anger bubbled in Declan's chest but he forced it down.
"I didn't peg you as someone to go back on their words. Today is the last day to make a full three months. Don't tell me you can't even last another day."
Lili pursed her lips. Declan's anger was obvious. But there wasn't a clear reason why and she didn't want to speculate.
Seeing her not even trying to defend herself, Declan couldn't hold it in anymore. He sneered.
"Since you dislike me so much, you can pack your things and get out. I'll see you later this evening but from tomorrow, I never want to hear your name."
