"What the hell is going on…." Enzo was shocked when he heard this, a feeling of foreboding filled his chest in an instant. He knew something was wrong but to shut down weaving all over the planet? That was crazy.
"Stardust anomaly " the lady beside him muttered with a smirk on her face.
Initially they thought it was some corrupted monster moving upwards from below the mountain, it bared all the signs so a proper strike team was sent. But upon further inspection they determined this wasn't the case.
The thing moving through those tunnels was not just a corrupted monster, the event around it, the reports from the miners inside screamed an anomaly- one of the most deadly anomalies in the universe,
A stardust anomaly.
"Don't panic, it's a good thing." The lady smiled.
Well it was a good thing for her, after all she was strong. Whatever treasure existed in that anomaly could fetch a fortune easily, if only she could get just one of them. For someone as weak as Enzo though….
There was little he could benefit….. aside death.
She felt a lot of pity for this kid though, in part because she had been in a similar situation once in her life. It nearly ended her life, but through luck she was able to survive.
"Tell you what? Why don't you join my team? You're not really strong so you'll be a baggage handler. Who knows? You might just survive."
She couldn't promise him glory or an opportunity to make something of the anomaly. Only a chance at survival.
Enzo didn't really have a choice, the surrounding was already locked down, sooner or later this place would become a chaotic scene. He would be much safer sticking with people that could actually fight.
"I…." Enzo felt very annoyed. He came here to mine for zyrian crystals, being pulled into something like this was to say the very least inconvenient, and the worst dangerous.
"I thank you miss"
He was no fool of course, what could he change here? He was already in the middle of a massive mess, survival was now his number one priority.
"Hehe, don't mention it kid. here, this might be helpful" she reached for the sheath on her side and tossed a slender dagger on the ground in front of Enzo before turning around to walk towards the mine entrance.
The Dagger was sharp, and released a bright colored light that froze the ground beneath it ever so slightly. It was obviously special.

Seeing this, Enzo hurriedly picked up the dagger as his HUD echoed in his mind an announcement, but he didn't have time to inspect it as he quickly followed closely behind her while she approached her team in the distance.

"Hm? Lady Eliza is here" A bearded man commented as he watched the icy beauty with silver hair approach them from the distance with a look of pride.
They were an elite team, infact everyone here was at least second rate compared to them. Coming here at this time could very well make them stupidly rich.
"Hello,"
As the bearded man stood there in thought and in the delusions of riches a small voice resounded next to him all of a sudden startling him.
Daniel flinched back in a spilt second, fading from view his eyes narrowing as he created distance.
"Damn it, kid—trying to get me killed before the mine does?"
The kid had move towards them too silently, like a snake. if this wasn't a public place, he would have attacked upon hearing such a loud voice.
"Woah, was that a skill?" Instead of feeling bad about what just happened, Enzo was more interested in something else.
The man brandishing the sword infront of him had phased like a hologram just now and appeared a few meters away like he was never there!!
"Sigh" the bearded man sighed and caused the sword in his hand to disappear as he stood straight from his fighting position and walking towards Enzo.
"He's barely even a weaver, what kind of a shitty build is this?" the bearded man questioned as he inspected Enzo.
The kids' build was just a little better than an Average humans. If he didn't know better he would think it was his real body.
So how was he able to sneak up on him?
"He's not here to help us fight, he's just filling a quota, back off Daniel" as the bearded man evaluated Enzo, the icy lady who saved Enzo spoke up.
Daniel saw her go save him just a few minutes ago, he was clearly trying to be an asshole right now.
"Hmp!! Okay, I was just saying" the bearded man called Daniel shrugged his shoulders. He didn't really care. Half of this team wouldn't be of much use anyway.
"Some of you are new here so I'll introduce myself, I'm called Icebreaker, that's not my real name of course but my Weaver Call sign, you'll have the right to get one when you advance...

"So just listen to my commands and stick with me." Eliza the leader of the group said, glancing at the group of 8 before finally landing on Enzo.
"Try to keep your head, they'll be a lot of well….death" without wasting time she turned to the entrance and walked forward as behind her, two others tightly followed.
"What are you guys waiting for? An invitation ? Let's go" Daniel called forth following behind icebreaker as they moved into the mine.
