Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

When the system chimed again, Ryuuto nearly choked.

[Ding! Newbie Package Unlocked → Rock Lee Data Pack obtained!]

"Wait. Rock Lee? Seriously?"

After ten years of waiting, the almighty "cheat" that haunted his dreams… gave him the green spandex taijutsu maniac?

This is either the biggest scam of the century… or the universe is about to regret handing me leg day incarnate.

The mechanics of the system were simple: each "data pack" contained the full combat ability of a Naruto character. Activate it, and the Host instantly gained their skills, body conditioning, even instincts. A throw of the dice. One day it could be some nameless Genin. Another day, someone like Madara or Nagato.

And today… it was Rock freakin' Lee.

Ryuuto's lips twisted into a grin. Not flashy, not hax-level broken… but in a world full of mutants and superheroes? Taijutsu alone is enough to kick them through buildings.

Down below, Pyro sneered, flames flickering in his palm."Hey, Powerless Freak! If you're that desperate, just jump already. No one's buying your tough act!"

Ryuuto cracked his knuckles, then mentally confirmed activation.

[Rock Lee Data Pack – Activated!]

[Note: Once multiple packs are acquired, Host can switch at will.]

Heat surged through him. His frail, half-starved frame tightened, reshaped. Every cell screamed, reforging into the physique of a taijutsu prodigy. Strength coiled in his muscles, speed flooded his veins.

And then—

Leaf Hurricane. Konoha Gale. Leaf Great Whirlwind. Shadow Dance Leaf. Lotus. Primary Lotus.

Dozens of techniques engraved themselves into his brain, body moving as though he'd trained them for years.

Ryuuto exhaled slowly. Yeah. Now the world feels like it's under my feet.

He raised his head. "Oi, Pyro. Were you talking to me?"

Pyro laughed, tossing sparks from his lighter. "Who else? Come down here, trash. I'll torch you bald."

Ryuuto's eyes glinted. "Fine. Let's make it interesting. If you beat me, I'll slice off my pinky and hand it to you. But if I flatten you, you'll give me yours."

The courtyard fell silent. Even Wolverine froze mid-step, eyes narrowing at the rooftop boy's bloodthirsty bet.

Pyro faltered, but with classmates jeering at his back, he spat, "Fine! You're dead, freak."

Ryuuto leapt from the ten-meter roof. Students gasped—most expected broken bones at best.

Instead, his feet slammed into the pavement, cracking the cement beneath him. Dust swirled, and he rose slowly, his aura pressing down like a storm. Rogue, closest to him, stiffened, goosebumps running down her arms.

Up in the principal's office, Storm bit her lip. "Professor… should we stop this? Their bet is a finger."

Professor X's voice was calm, measured. "No. For ten years Ryuuto has been ordinary. But perhaps pushed to the edge… his true ability may awaken."

Ryuuto pointed at Pyro. "Ready?"

Flame roared from Pyro's hand, a blazing orb surging toward him. Students shrieked and backed away—the heat alone scorched the air.

But Ryuuto only smirked. This? This is a campfire.

He blurred forward. One step, then gone. His body split the wind, leaving only a phantom image behind.

Gasps erupted.

Pyro didn't even have time to blink.

Leaf Hurricane!

Ryuuto's kick smashed into his ribs, hurling him skyward. Before the crowd could process, Ryuuto vanished again.

Leaf Whirlwind!

Both hands on the ground, his heel snapped up into Pyro's chin, sending him spinning higher.

Ryuuto's body launched like an arrow, leg raised high.

Physique · Shadow Dance Leaf!

His kick slammed into Pyro's back with bone-crunching force. Blood sprayed as Pyro crashed into the dirt, crumpled and coughing.

Ryuuto landed lightly, almost graceful, dust swirling around him like falling petals.

He glanced down at his opponent, voice flat."One finger. Don't forget."
