Chapter 10 – That Great Man Appears (Part 1)
"Dayus, do you want to fight me to the death?"
The Earth Goddess radiated terrifying pressure, her murderous intent sharp and unmasked.
Fanan was her lover.
Although he had not explicitly asked her to, they had shared the fruits of yoga practice.
Ximi had already accepted Fanan as her husband.
(In India, once a woman has a husband, he is considered her "heaven"—this concept is even deeper than ancient China.)
Fanan had explained to Ximi the risks of bearing the title "First Life of the Primordial Brahma Era."
Vishnu and Shiva would not care much, but Brahma would certainly be concerned.
A mere higher god had dared to climb over him, the Creator God—this was unacceptable.
"Oh~ Great Earth Sovereign, what has happened to make you so angry?"
Brahma's other daughter, Life-Giver Virini, who was also known as the Mother of All Gods, spoke.
She was both the wife and sister of Life-Giver Dasha.Many of the future powerful Supreme Gods would be her descendants.
"I have come to witness the great Creator God Brahma's wedding.If Dayus dares speak disrespectfully again, I will settle life and death with him."
Ximi's words were forceful and commanding, drawing the attention of many gods.
Fanan, however, remained silent the entire time.He stood behind Ximi, observing calmly, like an outsider.
He did not care that some might consider him a "freeloader."
What mattered was that the wrath of Sky God Dayus could not fall on him directly.
The Primordial Tribulation was still some time away.
During this period, Dayus would solidify his position as God-King.Although the third God-King Indra would eventually establish the Celestial Court, the first God-King Dayus still ruled tens of thousands of gods—including elemental sovereigns.
This was far beyond Fanan's current power, so it was wise for him to keep a low profile.The opening of this situation was favorable; he did not want to restart the game.
"You…"
Sky God Dayus glared at Ximi, his trembling body betraying his anger.
Seeing her overwhelming aura, he snorted coldly and turned to leave.In the end, Fanan's secret remained intact.
Both Ximi and Fanan were Primordial Element Gods, second only to the Trinity in power.If a fight broke out, Dayus would have no guarantee of victory.
Moreover, Ximi had lost reason for love, but Dayus had not.He was a future noble God-King, destined to govern the three thousand realms.Aside from the Trinity, all beings would fall under his rule.There was no reason to clash with Ximi now.
"Please calm your anger, respected Great Earth Sovereign. Soon, my father's wedding will begin."
Life-Giver Virini, intimidated by Ximi's display, invoked her father Brahma to temper the situation.
"Praise the great Creator God Brahma! Let us all look forward to the wedding of Brahma and the Goddess of Eloquence."
Fanan spoke at this moment, easing the tension.
All the gods and immortals joined in chorus:
"Praise Brahma!"
The brief confrontation caused some gods infatuated with Ximi's beauty to reconsider their advances.Among the glances toward Fanan, there were both envy and disdain.

Ximi shifted from commanding to demure, pleading with Fanan like a small woman.

"How can beauty be your fault? Your beauty is a gift from the great Brahma, bestowed for me to admire." Fanan smiled.
Ximi gazed at her lover with eyes full of love, her voice soft and intimate:
"I will find a new yoga method to make up for my mistake, my love."
Fanan's face flushed crimson.
Though her voice was quiet, every god present, and even the immortals, could hear it.They continued to wait for Brahma's arrival, paying no special attention to Ximi's words.
Fanan realized he still did not fully fit in with the group.
"Mighty God-King, can you let the God of Consciousness have it so easily? He is only a higher god—how dare he compete for the Great Earth Sovereign?"
A god beside Dayus spoke telepathically, voicing support for him.
Dayus's face remained cold. He would not confront Ximi directly, but that did not mean he would not act secretly.
"After the wedding, inform Life-Giver Dasha of a certain matter.I will then grant you the power to create worlds."
Dayus's words excited Fog God Fikros, who immediately pledged loyalty:
"I will follow all your orders, mighty God-King."
Brahma had created one thousand celestial realms and one thousand mortal realms, but the underworld had only eight hundred realms.The remaining two hundred realms were to be created by the gods.
To create a world required a Supreme God's power. Once created, the god became Master of that Realm.
For a Supreme God, being a Realm Master was an added bonus.But for a higher god, it was no small matter.
A Realm Master wields not only great power but the power of the world itself.World power does not measure strength alone—it is between authority and dominion.
In short:
Realm Masters > higher gods, but < Supreme Gods
World power > strong divine power, but < great divine power
A higher god could create a world with help from a top-tier Supreme God's great power.The Sky God, possessing Primordial Element, one of the five supreme authorities, could easily assist Fog God in creating a world.
"Has the wedding not started yet? Praise the Almighty Shiva, I finally arrived on time."
At that moment, a scruffy, middle-aged man covered in dust, dressed like a beggar, burst into the palace.
"Rogue! This is the great Creator God Brahma's wedding—how dare you enter like this? Get out!"
Brahma's fourth son, Life-Giver Bula, scolded him angrily.
"Jodamo, today is the great grandfather's happy day! How can you dress like that?"
"Exactly! Listen to your father and leave immediately. Don't disgrace this great celestial wedding!"
Some brothers also scolded Jodamo, fearful he would soil Brahma's hall.
"Jodamo!"
Fanan turned his gaze to the scruffy man—dust-covered, middle-aged, three white lines on his forehead.
