Back in R'lyeh, Camearra had always dressed like a regal queen — elegant, composed, and full of confidence.
But ever since she confirmed her relationship with Yu Zhou, her appearance had gradually changed. Bit by bit, her style grew younger — not only looking around Yu Zhou's age but even a little younger than him.
Yu Zhou could only smile helplessly. No matter how she dressed, she was still Camearra after all.
Of course, it wasn't just makeup. She hadn't really turned into a teenage girl — not entirely.
The real reason was the rejuvenation pills Yu Zhou had bought long ago from the Neo Ancient Human settlement on the planet similar to Earth.
After taking one, Camearra's youthful beauty had literally returned.
After chatting with Wei Feng for a while, Yu Zhou hung up the call.
He had almost forgotten about those pills until now. The thought crossed his mind — maybe he could give a pair to his parents.
But after thinking it over, he decided against it for now. It would be too hard to explain if they suddenly became young again.
However, aside from the rejuvenation pills, Yu Zhou also had another kind — a miraculous medicine capable of pulling someone back from the brink of death.
That one, he decided, would be good to keep on hand for his parents, just in case.
"Alright then, I'll give them some of these."
Yu Zhou took out a small bottle filled with the life-saving pills, intending to deliver them to his parents' home.
Just then, his phone rang again. Glancing at the screen, he saw the same caller — Wei Feng.
"Another call? Did something else happen?"
Yu Zhou answered with mild confusion — but the voice on the other end made his face change instantly.
"My brother… looks like we'll have to see each other in the next life!"
BOOM!!!!
The phone erupted with a deafening blast, like an entire building collapsing.
"What—?! Hello? Wei Feng?! Wei Feng!!"
Yu Zhou shouted into the phone, but all he could hear was static — followed by the continuous rumble of explosions in the background.
"Monsters have appeared in Rong City," Camearra said suddenly, her eyes glued to the news on her phone. "It looks like… Silvergon."
"I'll handle it," Yu Zhou replied at once.
Camearra hesitated, wanting to help. "Should I go instead?"
Yu Zhou shook his head. "Camearra, keep monitoring the news. If there's anything new, let me know."
If Camearra appeared publicly, it would draw unnecessary attention and chaos. For now, one Ultraman showing up — Tiga — was enough.
Rong City and Xia City were in the same province.
Yu Zhou transformed instantly, his body bursting into radiant light as he soared through the sky like a silver-red meteor.
When he arrived above Rong City, squadrons of fighter jets were converging below, circling a burning section of the city where black smoke rose to the heavens.
No doubt about it — that was where Silvergon was attacking.
From above, Yu Zhou saw the monster wreaking havoc, tearing through concrete and steel alike.
Though Silvergon wasn't taller than most skyscrapers, its destructive power was staggering.
Two curved horns on its head sparked with yellow lightning, sending arcs of energy that shattered nearby buildings in violent explosions.
On the ground, people were frantically evacuating under the direction of uniformed personnel — rescue workers helping civilians escape and pulling trapped victims from the rubble.
Yu Zhou recognized those uniforms. He had seen them just the day before.
They were members of the Huaxia Special Investigation Team — a specialized response unit established after the pterosaur-like monster incident.
He had to admit, Huaxia's reaction speed was remarkable. Each major city already had teams ready to act.
Thanks to their quick coordination and the previous experience with Golza, most civilians had been evacuated safely.
Still, some were trapped under debris — their fates uncertain. In a monster attack, casualties were, unfortunately, inevitable.
Floating high above, Yu Zhou was soon spotted by the fighter jets, and several reconnaissance aircraft began scanning him.
He didn't mind. In many Ultraman worlds, human technology was advanced, yet no one had ever been able to truly uncover an Ultraman's identity.
Before Yu Zhou could attack, the fighter jets opened fire.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Explosions thundered in rapid succession as shells struck Silvergon's body.
But when the smoke cleared — Silvergon stood unharmed, patting the dust off itself almost mockingly.
Then, from its horns, it unleashed a barrage of erratic lightning bolts in every direction.
Zzzzt! Crack! BOOM!
Some jets managed to dodge, but a few were struck midair and exploded instantly.
Yu Zhou gave a brief nod to the nearby reconnaissance planes — a gesture of reassurance — before diving down at full speed.
As he charged, the crystal on his forehead flashed, and his body shifted into the radiant silver-and-red of Strong Type Tiga.
His whole body radiated heat, trailing a red glow as he clenched one fist forward — like a meteor crashing down from the heavens.
The moment his punch connected with Silvergon—
KA-BOOM!
The explosion lit up the skyline, flames roaring high into the air.
Caught completely off guard while in the middle of its rampage, Silvergon had no time to react — obliterated instantly by Tiga's blazing impact.
Even though Silvergon was famed for its monstrous strength, it was no match for Yu Zhou's sudden, overwhelming strike.
As the monster's remains dissolved into dust, Yu Zhou released his transformation, descending quietly as a stream of light into a secluded alleyway.
"Just like that… it's over?"
Inside a fighter jet, one of the Investigation Team members gaped in disbelief.
Their entire barrage hadn't even scratched Silvergon — yet this Ultraman Tiga had destroyed it in a single blow.
"Report: the monster has been eliminated by Ultraman Tiga. Based on analysis, it matches the appearance of Silvergon from the television series."
The team relayed the report to command immediately.
"Additionally, Ultraman Tiga nodded toward our reconnaissance units. It appeared to be… a friendly gesture."
"Understood," the commanding officer replied. "So, it seems Ultraman Tiga truly bears no hostility toward humanity — perhaps even protects us, just like in the shows."
"But remember — in the series, Tiga also had a dark form. The strongest dark giant from thirty million years ago."
In just a few days, the Investigation Team had gathered extensive information on Ultraman Tiga — and catalogued the monsters as well.
Yu Zhou knew none of this. After reverting to human form, he rushed straight toward Wei Feng's home.
He had been there before.
But as he arrived, all he saw was a heap of ruins where the building once stood.
