With no other choice, Yu Zhou—the one who had recommended him—decided to head to the TPC mountain base to see what had gone wrong.
Standing on his flying device, Yu Zhou soared quickly through the sky.
The flight system was efficient, but it had one major flaw—no wind protection.
Even riding a motorcycle—or a bicycle, for that matter—at high speed could make your face twist from the wind.
Now imagine flying through the sky at hundreds of kilometres per hour.
So, helplessly, Yu Zhou always wore a motorcycle helmet while using the device.
It was one he had bought back in his own world, and it had been a long time since he last used it.
Fortunately, his strong physical endurance allowed him to withstand the fierce wind.
Before long, Yu Zhou was gliding over the forested mountains.
The TPC's hidden base lay deep within the mountain range.
"Man, the wind is really loud today."
Since he had reached the mountain area, Yu Zhou slowed down, letting the breeze brush against his face as he enjoyed the peaceful flight.
He looked up at the sky—bright blue, with light clouds drifting lazily… and then—

In an instant, Yu Zhou reacted with lightning speed, darting aside as the massive fireball roared past him.
It struck a small hill with a thunderous BOOM, blasting dirt and rock high into the air.
"What was that?" Yu Zhou muttered, staring warily at the smoking crater in the distance. "Don't tell me it's another Yuzare-style time capsule?"
In Ultraman Tiga's original storyline, Yuzuru's time capsule had arrived on Earth in the form of a falling meteorite.
Curiosity might kill a cat—but Yu Zhou wasn't a cat.
So, without hesitation, he piloted his flying machine toward the impact site.
He also quickly contacted Daigo.
"Daigo, a meteorite just fell near the mountain base!"
"Yeah, we saw it too," Daigo replied from the other end. "The Super Victory Team is already on its way!"
The call ended.
"Well, guess I'll just wait here then," Yu Zhou shrugged. "He's coming anyway."
Originally, he came to the base to help Daigo with his problem—so now he might as well wait for him here.
After a while, the dust from the impact began to settle. Yu Zhou took off his helmet—its surface was completely covered in ash and dirt.
He shook it off and stowed it away.
"Alright, let's see what this 'meteorite' really is."
He guided his craft lower until the fireball came into full view.
Sure enough, in the world of Ultraman, anything that fell from the sky was rarely a good thing.
"A monster, huh…"
Seeing its true form, Yu Zhou frowned thoughtfully.
He'd seen this one before…
Wait—he'd seen all of them before, at least on his phone.
He just couldn't quite recall which one it was.
"Fine. Let's check the database before Daigo gets here."
From his dimensional bracelet, Yu Zhou took out his phone—the one he used exclusively for Ultraman and monster data.
"Ultraman Dyna…" he muttered as he began searching.
Since this world's events followed Dyna's timeline, the creature was most likely from that series.
"Clumsy-looking monster… Is it this one?"
After a short search, Yu Zhou found the match—and was immediately surprised.
"Bao‑on? Why is it appearing now?"
According to his records, this monster—Bao‑on—appeared in Ultraman Dyna Episode 8.
That wasn't shocking by itself. What surprised him was that Bao‑on should have appeared long ago. Yet it was only showing up now!
"We've already passed the Alien Chern storyline from Episode 30-something… How is Episode 8's Bao‑on just appearing now?"
Yu Zhou was baffled.
Could this be… the butterfly effect caused by his presence in this world?
"Yeah… probably."
After thinking it through, Yu Zhou decided that was the most likely explanation.
Regardless of how it happened, Bao‑on was here—and that meant it had to be dealt with.
Based on the original plot, Bao‑on wasn't a violent monster. It wasn't destructive by nature.
It was a hypnosis monster that had accidentally drifted to Earth from outer space—playful and mischievous, but not evil.

In the original story, even Ultraman Dyna himself was hypnotized by it.
Just then, several fighter jets roared overhead—it was the Super Victory Team, arriving at the scene.
After confirming their landing spot, Yu Zhou steered his craft toward them.
He needed to warn them before they attacked the creature unnecessarily.
If they provoked Bao‑on, things could turn ugly fast.
"Senior Yu Zhou!"
"Yu Zhou-kun!"
As Yu Zhou landed, he saw Daigo and Asuka both step out from their jet.
"Daigo, Asuka!" Yu Zhou waved in greeting.
"Yu Zhou-kun, did you check out the meteorite?" Daigo asked immediately.
"Yeah," Yu Zhou nodded. "It's a monster."
"A monster?!" Asuka's eyes widened. "If that thing had landed just a bit closer, it could've wiped out the TPC base!"
"So, it was a monster," Daigo said calmly.
Compared to Asuka, Daigo was far more composed. He'd seen enough meteorites turn into monsters before.
"Guess I'm still not as mature as you, Daigo-senpai…" Asuka muttered, realizing just how far he still had to go compared to his senior.
