Chapter 5 - Shatter Your Vampire Dream in One Minute

The standoff between the two types of bullets only lasted a brief three seconds before Ailer, wielding the Magnum Shooter 40X, single-handedly suppressed dozens of Vampires armed with various black market firearms.

As an expanded weapon system used by Kamen Rider Geats, the Magnum Shooter 40X boasts two modes: a rifle mode for long-range shooting and a handgun mode.

Setting aside the rifle mode for now, the Magnum Shooter 40X in handgun mode that Ailer was currently using possessed extremely powerful performance, with its highest rate of fire reaching an astonishing 200,000 rounds per minute; even if the number of these Vampires were to double, Ailer was confident he could suppress them.

"Ah ah ah!"

In an instant, the entire nightclub was filled with the screams of the Vampires.

The energy bullets would pierce their bodies, and the high temperature would instantly cauterize their wounds, making it incredibly painful, yet preventing rapid self-healing.

Facing these weaklings, Ailer didn't even need to aim carefully; just one round of sweeping fire was enough to incapacitate them.

Ailer released his finger from the trigger, white smoke wafting from the muzzle, and he looked at the Vampires before him, saying mockingly, "You are truly too weak."

"Monster!"

At that moment, a voice came from behind Ailer.

Ailer turned around and saw Mark, whose face was filled with terror, so he stepped forward and asked, "Do you remember how many people's blood you've drunk?"

"…" Mark no longer had the will to answer Ailer's question; his eyes were unfocused, seemingly stunned by Ailer's power… or perhaps, he had finally seen reality clearly.

His subordinates, whom he had converted years ago, couldn't even get close, and even a Vampire like him, who had lived for fifty years, was easily suppressed; there was simply no chance of victory against such a person.

In less than a minute, Mark's belief that Vampires could defeat Earthlings was utterly shattered by Ailer.

"Stunned? Never mind, I'll ask you later." Ailer perceived Mark's current state; he temporarily spared the old Vampire, then turned to deal with the other small fries.

The silver dagger was once again drawn from the interdimensional space, and each swing of this dagger sent another Vampire to its demise.

It wasn't until all the arriving subordinates had turned to ash, and even his two female companions had become piles of ash amidst their wails, that Mark regained consciousness; he looked at Ailer, who was raising the dagger, and threw his last chip.

"Don't kill me! I have something important!"

Upon hearing this, Ailer's raised hand paused, "You speak first; I'll consider it."

"I have an ancient text that is very important to the bloodline; it is said that once it's deciphered, it can usher in a god for the bloodline."

Ancient text? Bloodline god? These two key phrases caught Ailer's attention.

In Ailer's memory, Vampires indeed had their own bible, and by following the rituals in that book, they could artificially create a 'blood god.'

However, if Vampires wanted to rule Earthlings through a 'blood god,' that was wishful thinking.

After all, the so-called blood god's speed and strength were inferior to Blade's, who was a Daywalker; its only advantage was its immortality, but it was ultimately killed by a coagulant.

Although Ailer looked down on this so-called blood god, among the bloodline, the blood god was a worshipped entity.

Perhaps this item could be used to lure a bunch of Vampires out… A bold idea appeared in Ailer's mind, so he asked, "Where is that ancient text?"

"It's in the safe under my sofa; I only stole it two days ago and have been lying low…" Mark, trembling, pointed in a direction.

Ailer raised his hand and fired a shot; the bullet shattered the sofa, sending the down filling flying everywhere, and amidst it, a glint of silver was dazzling.

"The password is…" Before Mark could finish, Ailer fired another shot, directly blowing off the safe's door, revealing the jewels and valuables inside, as well as the 'bible' that drove Vampires mad.

"How about it? My information is pretty good, right?" Mark asked tentatively.

"It's very good, but you forgot one thing… foxes are very deceptive animals." Just as his words fell, Ailer swiftly swung his dagger, ending the Vampire's life.

Ailer's speed was extremely fast; Mark didn't even have time to react before his neck was severed by the silver dagger, and then his entire body turned into ash in the wind.

Ailer stepped over the ashes of numerous Vampires, came to the opened safe, and took everything inside.

All the Vampires in the bar were dead; not a single one escaped, and Ailer, having taken all the spoils, left the scene.

It wasn't until Ailer was half a street away from the Vampire bar that he saw NYPD police cars arriving.

......

The next day, the NYPD cordoned off the scene and dispatched professionals for on-site investigation.

However, even the most professional forensic scientists expressed bewilderment at the scene.

There were at least several thousand bullet holes at the scene, as if two gangs had engaged in a machine gun shootout, yet not a single panel fragment was left.

This defied logic! The forensic scientists at the scene scratched their heads, unable to comprehend it.

And among the many 'forensic scientists' conducting on-site investigations, two agents seemed out of place; they stood apart from the crowd, viewing the scene from a completely different perspective.

"This isn't an Earth weapon, is it?" the woman asked the male agent beside her.

"Absolutely not." The male agent shook his head and said in a voice only they two could hear, "Earthlings don't yet have energy weapons with such a fast firing rate and low noise; it seems we're not alone."

"That doesn't sound like good news; if there are Kree informants mixed in…" the woman said worriedly.

"Unless Ronan goes mad, the Kree have no reason to attack this Planet far from war," the man reassured his companion, then changed the subject, adding, "This should be a targeted strike against Vampires by some organization that has analyzed alien technology; just write that in the report to Nick. As for what kind of organization it is, that's Nick's problem to worry about."

"Okay, I understand," the woman nodded.

"If he asks, just reply that the other party might commit another crime during this period."

Two mysterious agents of unknown origin were discussing this Vampire eradication event.

Meanwhile, Ailer drove to the front of an antique craft shop.

Ailer pushed open the door, and the doorbell chimed clearly, waking up the dozing owner.

"Rocco's Antiques, how may I help you, Mr. Ailer?" a voice, old but full of vigor, rang out.
