Chapter 7 - What matters and What doesn't

Stjarnbornsdagr – "Day of the Star-Rebirth"[1]

As the days went on continued.....Monsieur still fails to complete his training properly, but each failure leads him to another proper step which is small but still greater than nothing. He continues to train and question his past and questions himself more in his head and every time he whispers silently about the life which he once had which was nothing compared to what he is facing now.

"Okay so how many months has passed till now (says exhaustingly)"-Monsieur.

"Till now it must have been over 6 years and more. "Answered Thor.

"One question Monsieur, have you felt of giving up? Or what about resting or quitting the work. "Questioned Thor with some interest.

"Well, I did have some of the similar intentions when it was around half-way, but I started to feel something inside of me which keeps recalling my past and makes me motivated,"said Monsieur.

"No "said Thor.

"Hm?" questioned Monsieur.

"It's not about motivation which helps you, It's about the discipline. My father used to tell me that people who has felt most of the emotions and sufferings have much. Much more experience which helps them stay disciplined in life and they never get their emotions out of control. I may have gotten the experience and some sufferings in my lifetime, but it is nothing compared to some of the peoples in the world who has faced many. One of my friends used to tell me that "Fate binds us if we let it". I never understood it properly except at the moments when I felt miserable and hopeless. "Said Thor.

"You had a wise friend I guess, "said Monsieur.

"By the way, talking about friend where the hell is Shin? "Questioned Monsieur.

"Oh, you didn't know? "Said Thor.

"Know what? "Asked Monsieur.

"About his murderer and his death, "said Thor.

Wha-

"No, that's a bit too soon, "said Monsieur.

"I mean, even All-father was a bit shocked of how soon he had died to, it was unexpected," said Thor.

"But do you know who murdered him?" asked Monsieur.

"Well..... I can say yes and also a no."

"Why neutral?" asked Monsieur.

"I said yes because I know exactly who it and I also said no because even if it a murder we can't do anything about it,"said Thor.

"Why?" asked Monsieur.

"Because the killer was a god "said Thor.

"And which god?" said Monsieur.

"Well, that is something which you should find out yourself because it will be a some-what burden to carry that information and you will try to do what you know you will never succeed," said Thor.

"Hm, I guess. But a question, "said Monsieur.

"Say it," said Thor.

"There must be a way to bring him back from the dead right?" said Monsieur.

"Nothing's impossible when I am here boy," said Thor.

"Then will you help me go to "Helheim" "Said Monsieur.

"I can definitely take you to "Helheim" but only if you intend to die," said Thor.

"But there must be a equipment or an item which make me protected from the creatures," said Monsieur.

"I do have something like that, but I won't be giving it so easily. You must complete a task/Quest," said Thor.

"A.. I know this won't end well"

At the same time in the sky a big houl is sounding from the east-

"What's that!" questioned Monsieur.

"Ah, Its Sköll and Hati[2]" Thor.

"Wow, it's my first time actually seeing it" said Monsieur.

From the sky we can see the deem light starting to end at a trail of sun-light which is running from Sköll "The wolf who hunts the sun goddess Sól " and another trail of moon-light which is running from Hati "The wolf who hunts the moon god Máni". And the path starting to end at the west.

Truly magnificent event to watch for the time being....

[1] A sacred day when a fallen or dimmed star rises anew, burning brighter than ever, embodying renewal, growth, and hard-earned wisdom. And in cultures there is a saying that "this day reflects the cosmic cycle of loss, return, and greater glory. The star represents the soul, which—though tested by shadow—returns stronger and more radiant

[2] Sköll (“Mockery” or “Treachery”) chases the Sun (Sól). Hati Hróðvitnisson (“He Who Hates, son of Fenrir”) chases the Moon (Máni). they are the children of Fenrir (the great wolf), and their endless chase is what makes the Sun and Moon move across the sky.
