Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Temple of Dumb Decisions

It was a sunset like no other. The darkness that once blinded our eyes now felt… dreadful.

"Huh…h! Huh…h! Huh…m!" A boy could be seen gasping for air, chest rising like he'd just been chased by his ex.

'Why did we even come down here…' he cursed silently.

They were in what could only be described as a temple-cave hybrid. No light, just an endless black void pressing against them. The walls and pillars looked like they didn't belong in this world.Half-real, half-nightmare.Flickering into sight only after a few hesitant steps.

"I said not to climb down here…" Tony's voice cracked through the silence, trembling but trying to sound brave.

He wasn't alone. He had his two childhood friends. No, brothers. They'd grown up together, suffered together, roasted each other too many times to count. Tony (16) was the introverted type who preferred quiet but always got dragged into chaos. Alex (17) worked late shifts at a new cafe, half-dead most mornings. Gru (15) was the youngest, the comedian of the trio, and also the loudest when scared.

"Alex?!" Gru squeaked into the dark, voice trembling. 'Bruh, don't die on me. You're still single, man. You can't go out like that.'

Alex, meanwhile, was laid across the broken remains of a stone statue like it was a discount bed. (Bro was literally sleeping on a rock made of… rocks. Peak genius.)

Slowly, Alex stirred. His hand brushed the cold surface beneath him, and his brain instantly went to the wrong place.

'Oh sh!t. Please tell me those two gay clowns didn't just see that.' His face twisted into the dumbest expression imaginable.

"YO, girls?!" Alex shouted, realizing he was alone.

Tony, somewhere nearby, froze mid-step at the familiar idiot voice echoing through the cave. 'Oh, thank God. I thought those morons died…' He wasn't happy about it, but at least he wasn't alone.

"Sexy Alex?!"

"Girly Tony?!"

"Scabies Gru?!"

Their voices bounced off the stone as they called for each other.Until they reunited, clumsily, like butt cheeks slapping together.

"Well, now what? We climb back up, or wait for another dumbass to jump down here and save our single asses?" Alex muttered, trying to make a joke.

The other two hit him with a BRUHHH stare so heavy he nearly choked on his own words.

Gru broke the silence. "Nah, he's right… Not about the savior part, but the climbing thing. Since it was your idea, Alex, you can go first."

"Facts." Tony agreed instantly, quicker than your dad running out for milk.

"You… busters." Alex hissed through his teeth, glaring at his "boyfriends."But they were just brothers.
