It's a normal day for Izuku Midoriya. Ridiculed at school for being the 20% of society without a quirk. Quirk: A special attribute or meta power that 80% of society has.
Outside Izuku Midoriya's Middle School:
"Tch. Why'd Bakugo have to go so hard," groaned Izuku Midoriya.
A couple mins after the sludge villain incident:
"Stupid Midoriya, we knew my dreams of being a hero were not realistic. But All Might saying it hits deeper," thought Izuku Midoriya as he started crying and ran home a different path than where Bakugo was, leading to an alternate dimension.
Inko was concerned when Izuku came home crying, but he ran up the stairs and entered his room. She ignored it, and chalked it up to teen hormones. However, she couldn't ignore the sight she saw when she turned on the TV. Her heart nearly shook.
Deku's room:
"I don't care what anyone says, if I can't become a hero, I can always save people through vigilantism" thought Deku with tears in his eyes. However, he slowly realized that he was below average, and would go to jail if caught. Then again, he realizes he doesn't even have a quirk.
"I can always train, learn martial arts. The fairytale of me obtaining a quirk is not a fortune in this dimension. I can only become strong through base human means"
~Dojann~ mysterious voice Drip Drip
"Who said that? Huh! Who's there." shouted Izuku with a face of horror, sweat dripping down his face.
However, that event had escaped my mind at the time as my shock was disrupted.
"IZUKUUU!!" That's what I heard before my life changed forever.
I quickly ran downstairs hearing my Mom on the phone with tears in her eyes.
Ambience darkens downstairs at the Midoriya compound:
"Izuku, your childhood friend, Bakugo... H- He- was killed... by a sludge villain."
Thud
My phone fell on the floor, the glass shattering and seemingly suspended in mid air. This then transitioned to my eyes filled with fear, then my heart broke.
I started hyperventilating and heard the mysterious voice again. The guilt overcame me. "If I hadn't latched on to All Might, the villain wouldn't have taken Kachaan's life."
"Why am I always so useless?"
~Dojann~
Izuku Midoriya saw black.
Hospital:
"He seems to be perfectly alright." stated Dr. Ujiko to Inko.
"Tchh, and I told the sludge villain to capture this kid's body for experiments. No one cares about the quirkless. I'm scared to inform All For One about the delay of the Andriods # series," thought Ujiko.
"He can be discharged in a few hours." stated Dr. Ujiko easing Inko's fears.
"Izukuuu, are you alright." whimpered a scared Inko seeing her son in this state.
Izuku Midoriya sees light:
"Kacchan... It was all a dream. Mom, I had a nightmare Kacchan died to some villian."
I knew the world was cruel once I saw the face on my Mom's face, and Mitsuki crying outside the room.
"Why him, he was truly strong and could have become a hero someday." thought Izuku Midoriya
Midoriya was discharged and they went home mourning the death of Katsuki Bakugo. Mitsuki planned the funeral with her husband. Hisashi tells Inko he's coming back after he gets his first break from working with David Shield overseas.
Author Sidetrack: (Yes, he has somewhat of a purpose in this story unlike cannon)
Society:
The world of Japan shook a little as heroes were there, yet a kid with a future to become a strong hero was vanquished like nothing.
Stain started to get recognized even earlier due to this event, and Izuku vows to take on Bakugo's will.
"I know Kacchan has never been the best as a person, but I'd always admired him. The incarnation of victory. If I can't become a hero, I'll become a vigilante who saves people their own way. My Deku means I CAN DO IT!" thought Deku.
Deku 1 month after Bakugo's Death:
I had started doing physical training and conditioning my body. I learned from books on martial arts and secretly spied on martial arts classes, taking notes on my hero notebook and applying it to myself.
"Since I can't rely on a quirk, I'll have to use my own body," stated Deku as he practicing on a tree.

?? *looks of confusion*
My brain hurts, AHHH!
A yellow energy enveloped Deku, and something formed behind him, standing in the air majestically. I'd look back and saw a humanoid bunny. It's muscular yet streamlined. Dark metallic green base, and a neon teal accent lines/seams. There is a golden glow pulsing through it.
"Normally, I would have been scared. But I'd assumed it was a quirk. Most likely a sentient emitter type(like Dark Shadow). I tried talking to it, but I got no response," stated Deku as he jots on his appearance in his hero's notebook.
"Strange, I'll just continue my karate training until it does something. I must get strong enough. I can't believe I've been so weak, yet dreamed of saving the weak... Kya!!" As Deku kicked near a tree, the stand mirrored it's movements and crushed the tree."
A bunch of information flooded Midoriya's brain at that moment.
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap(D4C): A stand ability that manipulates dimensions.
So, the stand copies my movement. Judging from what happened to the tree, it has superhuman strength and speed.
"What about durability? Dimensions?" I haven't geeked out this much over an ability since... Kacchan.
My smile disappeared.
I got a stick, and tried hitting it, but it phased through. "Huh?? Does it only protect me or match my movements?"
I tried hitting myself and my stand crushed the stick. So it's autonomous and can be controlled.
"With this quirk, I can be a hero and live up to Kacchan's expectations." thought Deku as he trained 10 months uncovering abilities of his stand, learning more martial arts, and gaining a physical conditioned body(similar to canon).
Life: 2 Months after Kacchan's death
School was unsurprisingly dry. Everyone couldn't believe it. The strongest in their class killed just like that. It was strange, as no one even noticed me. However, I would sometimes wish they'd knew the sins I've committed.
I met my Dad for the first time ever. It was awkward at first, but we bonded over over analyzing things, and he consoled me on Kacchan's death(which didn't help as much it appeared to). He gave me a robot mosquito for my birthday, I still don't know what it does.
"He seems to be getting colder by the day," stated Inko with a sad look on her face as she sees all the All Might merchandise in the trash.
First outing as a vigilante:
I felt ready to go out. I used the hero suit my mom gave me, dyed it black.
Night time. Whoosh Whoosh
It was a windy night, I jumped out the roof, and landed safely(through using my stand as support). I got on a train to Hosu City.
"Oi, Oi, Oi. Give me all your cash. Or else, I'll have to use my quirk." stated Nitoryu Drilla(Dual-Wielding Drills).
Quirk: Can only turn one hand at a time into a massive drills. Veteran Villain. Kills: 50 people.
thud thud thud
"Hey, get away from those people," stated Deku with a soulless look in his eyes.
"It seems Bunny ranger wants to die."
Drilla rushed Deku, and attempted to land a punch, however Deku weaved, side stepped and locked his hands in place, and tried to kick the same hand. However, the man used his quirk and turned his hands into drills.
Deku evaded and kept his distance. He can turn his right hand into a drill. and if my notes are right, he can't turn both at once.

D4C: Activate
D4C stands gracefully behind Deku.
"Hmm, so you got that type of quirk huh. Bring it, brat! I don't mind killing children," stated Drilla as he popped a strange drug.
"You are scum!" retorted Deku.
The two opponents ran towards one another as civilians watch.
Drilla rushed Deku blindly going for his head with his right hand drill. whirring whirring
"I thought villains were smarter than this." stated Deku as he readied a counter punch with D4C.
However, Drilla turned the drill hand into a normal hand reducing his range, meaning D4C's punch never connected while simultaneously making his left hand into a drill which Deku barely manages to block with D4C.
Grunting noises
As Deku is blocking the left hand drill, Drilla simultaneously turns his right hand into a drill which pierced into Deku's chest, making blood erupt from that area.
"AHHHHHH!" screams Deku as he realizes he was inexperienced nor had he developed any of the dimensional abilities from D4C, yet. "Hey, kid. I would tell you to train more, but you are dead," exclaimed Drilla
Drilla then showcases his Nitorya mode via quirk enhancing drugs as both drills are activated simultaneously. As he readies to pounce on Deku--
whirring whirring
"~Dojaan~" Dimensional Hop
D4C glows and swaps the part of the body Drilla was aiming with an alternative version(thereby exiling that body part of Deku into a safe different reality). Only the alternate version took the blow, and afterward Deku's original body part comes back unaffected.
This confuses Drilla enough for a girl with big hands to clap him away. "Tch, another brat." stated Drilla. He's unexpectedly kicked away before he can even continue his assault by Eraser head.
"Let me help you to hospital." says the girl with the big hand quirk.
Drilla tries running away, and Aizawa pursues him.
Aizawa catches up quickly erases Drilla's quirk, ties him up, pulls him towards him and knocks him out in one swift motion.
As she's helping Deku to the hospital, she suddenly feels like something slipped withing her grasp. And the kid is gone.
Deku had subconsciously warped his current body with an alternative version of himself in another location.
The arm he had used to block Nitoryu Drilla's left drill no longer had a bruise, as the injured body part was swapped with its alternate self counterpart from another reality, where that arm was fully healthy.
Shota Aizawa:
Dusting off Hands "I tied up this guy, been looking for him," stated Aizawa as he wonders who that new vigilante in town is, and how he seemingly disappeared.
"It must be his quirk," stated Aizawa dismissing the case for now.
Author Notes: "Imagine Deku yeeting a villain into another reality, swapping places with a rock ahead of him(like sasuke's rinnegan ability) or bringing an alternate version of a villain and because of how the universe works, they fuse and explode as it breaks the balance."
