A few hours ago...
"Oh my, why speak with such a mocking tone? I mean you know that guards on Sunday nights aren't regular guards either right???"
Take said with a rhythmic tone as Shimmer glared back at him and soon grinned.
"Hmhmhm, yes of course... how could I forget that... on Sunday nights, they're the ones in charge."
She said as she then slowly walked back into the darkness.
"Anyways goodnight."
Shimmer said as settled into her bed.
"...Yah likewi-"
"Wait just a minute you guys."
A voice rang out in their cell that alerted the two who jumped of they bunker bed and took offensive fighting stances.
'Cardinal technique; Illuminate!"

She commanded in her mind followed by the formation of tiny crystals in the air that emitted a green bright light.
The light shone bright but not enough to catch the attention of the gaurds.
And the person who was seen to be in their cell was none other than...
"Kian... right?"
Shimmer mused at him.
"... Yes, it is me... but... im not the Kian you know."

His statement surprisingly sent a chill running down the spines of the duo.
"What do you mean by tha-"
"Have you ever heard of a transmigrator?"
Shimmer's expression soon twisted to a very confused one.
"A transmigrator... what's that?"
She mused as silence followed between the three in the cell.
She then looked back at Toka to get an answer but...

"T-Toka?"
Shimmer mused at the now frozen still Toka who was looking downwards.

Shimmer said as she shook him vigorously but Toka wouldn't snap out of the state he was in.

Shimmer continued to call out his name while shaking him vigorously as the now smirking Kian was also lost in thought.
Rather a flashback hit him from the memories of the old Kian from a month ago.
The scene then shifts to a lesson in one of the lower basement classrooms.
Yes, in the enlightment facility are four ground basements or rooms.
The lowest level is the enlightment facility, second lowest is classrooms for kids ages 6-10 years, the middle is for those aged aged 11-16 years, the 2nd highest level is where the teens aged 17-18 go and the first level is where the exit is.
But over the years the floors were nicknamed by the previous kids.
The 2nd lowest level: The insect class
The middle level: The rodent class
The 2nd highest level: The kings class
And surprisingly the entrance was also given a name... it was called the Heavens Gates.
The nickname could only give one obvious reason and it was once one finally finished the second and final stage of enlightment they would be free.
Now then let's get back to the flashback.

Everyone was silent and yet alm the kids looked energetic.
"Haha ok since that's how it is I'll be adding extra time before you go for break tomorrow."
The teacher who was frail old looking man in white lab who looked to around 60 years old said.
"Good morning Mr.Terlin."
The class of kids shouted in unison that brought a smile to Mr.Terlin's face.
"Good, now today we'll be learning a new topic called Natural Cardinal Elements, so can everyone repeat after me."
Mr.Terlin politely commanded as the rest of the class repeated the topic words in unison.
"Good, now before we look at this new topic. Can anyone tell me what they remember from the last topic?"
And as soon as he finished his statement many pupils put up their arms.
"Hoho, so many hands ok ok let's start off with... Caleb."
"Good morning everyone, um... I remember that the topic was called m-magna f-flow thank you."
The little white boy with a bushy hairstyle said as he sat after.
"Ok, good job Caleb now Esther what do you remember?"
A little girl then stood up hurriedly which caused her to hit her knee against her table, but she didn't cry instead inhaled and exhaled very quickly to calm down and said...
"Ummm, hello everyone, i remember you said that magna is the magical energy that flows through all things on earth."

Everyone in the class clapped for her as she sat down blushing in appreciation.

The young ones struggled to get Mr.Terlin's attention which caused to laugh nervously at the situation.
But there wasn't much to do till lunch time so he decided to give everyone a chance.
All that he chose gave simple and good explanations of what the recalled.
All accept for Kian who felt a bit left out until...

"Hey new kid, what's up with you?"
Toka asked with a more annoyed than concerned look on his face.
"O-oh I-I just feel a little bit left out."
"Tsk, why?"
"Well... e-everyone is giving such amazing answers and I'm just quiet and... I wanna give good answers too."
Kian said as his eyes both welled up with tears.
Just as he was about to cry...
"HAAAHAHA...! Look at yah, ate you some cry baby, reeelaaaaxxxx! Your with me now okay?"
Toka had had laughed out loud hence catching the attention of all the pupils and Mr.Terlin.

"Hey teacher, you said you wanted a recap on the previous topics right?"
"Yes..., yes I did, Toka."
"Hehe... well then if I can answer all your 10 recap questions you'll give me 30 pass points and the new about... ten."
Toka said while giving off a monstrous smirk.
Mr.Terlin who had looked passed off decided to accept the boy's challenge.
"But wait then what will happen if you get even 3 questions wrong?"
"Hmmm, you deduct any number of passengers points you from me and the new kid."
"Ughhh, it's ok you know... y-you do-"
"Fine then! Let's start off now shall we?"
"Oh? And you said i could deduct any number of points i want???"
"Hehehe... yes!"
Toka cackled at Mr.Terlin as he turned to the white board grabbed a marker and writing down the questions.

A guard said wishing her goodluck as he walked away into darkness of the corridor.
