Well, no, in this case it does manifest but not physically but through aura. And it's said these manifestations don't just come with oppressive authority no, they are said to boost a cardinal warriors potential 100-fold in all aspects of their body and power.
For example, let's say that as a cardinal who's at the intermediate level obtains this stage before hand, in dire situations their cardinae can manifest and increase all their abilities to their climax so basically if they're at the intermediate level their powers and skills potential can skyrocket to that of someone at peak of the Primal level.
Now the synchronization level, to be honest there's much to note about this stage apart from three keen things.
One, this stage can be achieved age and is a non-variable stage.
What does that mean?
It means that unlike all those cardinal warriors who train the hell out lives these special few people can achieve the highest growth stage in the blink of an eye, For instance at brink of death or even at birth and in most cases for those who belong to the founding cardinal houses they obtain this stage at birth or during training.
Two, this stage is the key to unlocking a cardinal point. Because you see after one achieves the spirit-link stage they can gain only partial access to their cardinae's cardinal point and once they've hit synchronization their able to gain full access to it.
And three, this stage is known also known as the breakthrough stage.

The little information known by the world right now is that when one reaches this stage, they're able to manipulate a part of existence itself as well having one omni-like ability.
And you can imagine that there was a level higher that founding fathers achieved.
And as we continue to venture deeper into the concepts of these stages, we now get to learn about the pure cardinal type warriors and so on.
Cardinal warriors, so far, we only know about their categories but not their kinds or even branches in those categories and now we will.
Now, in this world there are pure cardinal users, semi cardinal users, dual cardinal users and multitude cardinal users.
Pure cardinal users are people who have the ability to use the full potential of current level's full ability and are able to grow faster than most cardinal warriors. But they have minimal control over their abilities such as little control over the amount of magna they wish to use when fighting.
Semi-cardinal users are people who can only use half or less of their full level's potential and grow at a steady growth pace. But unlike pure cardinal users they have the ability to control their abilities and magna flow.
Dual cardinal users are people who can use two cardinal aspects or points simultaneously or once at a time. These guys have a great magna affinity because their cardinae's have duo ability alignments and so their synapse cores must be more developed and magna nerves sterner.
And there are the multitude cardinal users, aside from the ones loved by magna these have the second greatest cheat code to being a cardinal warrior because they have, they're cardinaes' ability alignments are ample to almost 10 times to that of any other cardinal warriors.
That's why the world also gave them a nickname called the Jacks of all trades.
But they're called JTs for short. By the way, cardinae ability alignments are the green strands of energy that can be seen in a cardinae body. These green alignments are made up of pigments called field links that are secreted by magna nerves as soon as one goes through, they're second stage of awakening.
