Chapter 108: Falling
The moon was destroyed, and Ank was now starting to fall towards the Duskwild.
The moon's remaining destroyed parts also started falling towards the Duskwild.
Ank tried to destroy as much debris as possible.
But he was at his limit and lost consciousness before he could destroy or throw away all debris to space .
But he trusted her mother and knew she would definitely do something to save this planet.
While on the ground, Commander Elyn quickly noticed and jumped into the air to destroy the moon debris that was coming towards the planet, despite her bad condition draining her life .
The broken pieces of the moon that were coming towards the Duskwild planet were capable of destroying the entire Diamond Heart continent.
She knew if she failed, all the deaths and efforts would go to waste.
As commander, it was her responsibility to fight and protect her empire until her last breath.
So she had already accepted her death.
She used all the mana that was left inside her to protect Diamond Heart one last time.
She had small hope that she would survive after this.
The Emperor also noticed. He was already revived by using a secret artifact that was given by the SHO Director.
He ordered all commanders to use all their power to save Diamondheart at any cost.
But only Commander Elyn was alive, and the others were already dead.
When he did not hear any voice, he became sad and sorrowful, and he knew they were not alive to follow his orders.
But he quickly removed this thought.
He knew the consequences that the planet would face if these broken pieces of the moon crashed on the ground, but he had to prioritize his kingdom over the whole planet.
He understood that the planet would not be destroyed by these meteors, but many people would lose their lives all over the planet.
He had no other option but to sacrifice those people to save his people.
While the Emperor was thinking to find a solution, Blazing Sun started moving towards him, and anger was burning in his eyes.
He became totally frustrated at how useless they were during the war.
He came here to protect them but failed.
And many SHO heroes also died. He was thinking that all had died due to his mistake.
He quickly shouted, "Emperor, leave this meteor problem to SHO."
"WE WILL DEFINITELY SAVE EVERYONE!"
He knew this was his last chance to prove himself and to prove to all the dead SHO heroes that he would never forget them, and their lives would not be wasted.
He then started flying into the air.
Following him, every SHO hero also started moving towards their battleships to stop the meteors, and the heroes who could fly immediately reached near to Blazing Sun to help him.
The remaining heroes were afraid, but watching Blazing Sun, who had just returned from the brink of death and was ready to fight until his last breath, gave them courage.

She survived somehow clashing with the meteors.
She tried to catch Ank, but the speed of his body was too much for her.
She was on the brink of death and little bit of mana was left that was supporting her to not lose consciousness.
Blazing Sun also tried to catch Ank, but he failed as well.
Then boom, Ank landed on a destroyed village. From his impact, the 10 km area turned into dust.
Princess Freya was the first to reach Ank, followed by Celestia and then Seraphina.
The three of them watched as Ank crashed on the ground. They wanted to save him, but they were too late.
The Emperor also wanted to see Ank, so he started following his daughters.
Freya quickly put his head on her lap and tried to wake him up, but Ank was unconscious.
Celestia and Seraphina also tried, but they both failed.
The Emperor watched the three of them, and he could see how much his daughters cared about Ank.
The Emperor tried to say something, but before he could speak, Commander Elyn shouted and rushed towards him.
Commander Elyn was barely standing with her condition. Her beautiful face was destroyed, showing her skull from the left side of her face.
Her yellow hair became red, with one arm missing.
And her yellow armor was covered in blood.
"Emperor, you have to see this," she said, pointing her finger towards the sky. "This is the first time I have seen something like this."
The Emperor also turned his gaze towards the sky, and he saw millions of white light pillars coming towards the battlefield.
"What is happening?" he quickly asked Commander Adrian.
But there was no reply.
He moved his gaze towards Commander Elyn.
Elyn moved her gaze towards the ground.
The Emperor quickly understood that Adrian had also died protecting the Empire.
The Emperor's heart became tight, and sorrow could be seen on his face. Commander Adrian was not just a commander, he was his friend.
Then a sudden thought came into his
mind.
"What happened to the princes?"
He quickly shouted,
"Where are they all?"

I cannot see any of them except Marek."
"Where are they?"
Commander Elyn did not say anything. Her face was still looking at the ground.
