Chapter 14 - 14

The multiverse of Marvel is filled with uncertainty. One parallel universe is occupied by zombie heroes infected with a virus. In the eyes of the predecessors, biochemical viruses are like clean nuclear bombs. Those weapons of mass destruction can be used to clean up some high-tech worlds, but their terrifying infectious power is used to deal with the world with less developed biochemical technology.

In the world of Train to Busan, outside a city gas station checkpoint, people in protective suits blocked the truck's progress. A sign at the door read: "Please proceed slowly, under quarantine."

Then, a thick, fine-threaded disinfectant was continuously sprayed onto the truck. The middle-aged man inside the truck was already getting impatient. He had to deliver a batch of goods to a customer today and needed to rush, so his face was filled with anxiety and anger.

"What's going on? Are they catching pigs and destroying them again? Is this foot-and-mouth disease again?" The middle-aged man asked the staff at the nearby checkpoint with helplessness on his face.

The checkpoint personnel responsible for disinfection were all wearing white protective suits, their faces filled with worry. Just a few days ago, a leak occurred at a nearby biochemical research institute, and many people were covered in the spread of substances, causing them to feel unwell.

"It's not foot-and-mouth disease. There was a leak in the biochemical company's research institute ahead. It's no big deal." The young man in white protective clothing shook off the worried thoughts in his head and told the middle-aged man in the truck what he knew.

"You said the same thing not long ago. If it's the same as last time, I'll go crazy." The middle-aged man in the truck cursed, probably because of the shadow left by the last incident.

"Don't worry, just go over there quickly! Okay." The young man in protective suit said calmly with a professional smile.

While he was on the phone, he didn't notice that there was a deer in the middle of the road. Its eyes were out of focus, bulging and white, and black blood appeared on some of its skin. It looked very much like the zombies in zombie movies. It was obvious that the virus had penetrated deep into its bones and could not be eradicated.

"Bang!" The middle-aged man's truck lurched, and he realized he'd hit something. Initially concerned he'd bumped into a human, he cautiously got out of the car. Behind the car, he saw a deer. His initial concerns faded, and he drove off again, only this time the elk stood up.

On the other side, Qin Tian arrived at the station with a large number of weapons, which was exactly the train No. 101 in the movie. In order to avoid panic, Qin Tian deliberately hid his weapons and equipment. The reason why Qin Tian worked so hard was because of the rich rewards given by Zeus.

Because as long as he gets the biochemical virus this time, Zeus can open up a 100-cubic-meter space, so that he can bring more technology and information next time. A must-have space equipment for time travelers, he only needs to collect the virus from the world of "Train to Busan", and it will be of great help in the development of various biochemical weapons in the future.

Seeing that it was still early, Qin Tian went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. The world wouldn't be peaceful anytime soon, so he needed to rest and recharge his mental strength. With his cellular abilities, he would be safer in this world. Vector manipulation would teach those zombies how to behave.

The story of the world of "Train to Busan" is that after a traffic accident, the animals that were knocked down and died suddenly began to twist their bodies and suddenly stood up. In order to cover up the fact that this was caused by an unheard-of virus, the government reassured the public, falsely claiming that everyone's safety would be safe.

On a quiet morning, passengers, each with their own reasons, boarded the KTX406 train bound for Busan. One of them was Seok-woo (Gong Yoo), a financial manager who recently separated from his wife and prioritized work over his daughter. It was his daughter Soo-an's (Kim Soo-an) birthday, and Seok-woo, despite his busy schedule, brought back the same birthday gift he had for Children's Day. When Soo-an insisted on going to Busan to see her mother, Seok-woo had no choice but to abandon all his work and board the train early in the morning so he could be back at the company by lunchtime. Also in the same carriage was a soon-to-be father.

Wrestler Sang-hwa (Ma Dong-seok), high school baseball player Young-guk (Choi Woo-sik), and cheerleader Jin-hee (Ahn So-hee) are traveling to Busan with their pregnant wife Seong-kyung (Jung Yu-mi). As the train starts moving, Soo-an sees something strange, but no one believes her. Meanwhile, a strange-looking person gets on the train unnoticed.

To avoid disturbing her weary father, Xiu'an quietly went to the restroom. At the door, she was pushed aside by her uncle, who was guarding the restroom door for his pregnant wife. She had to go to another car. The woman who had rushed aboard fainted, then suddenly climbed onto the back of a train attendant and bit him. Instantly, the bitten attendant's body was infected with the virus, becoming a ferocious victim.

Shi Yu, awakened from his sleep by a call from a securities company employee, discovered that Xiu'an was missing. He also didn't find his daughter in the restroom, but instead saw a terrified man rushing towards him. The train compartment was in chaos, and the infection spread rapidly within the confined train. Shi Yu, clutching his daughter, saw the pregnant Shengjing couple running towards him. Just as he was about to close the compartment door, they finally squeezed in. Shanghua wanted to settle the score with Shi Yu, but Shengjing dissuaded him.

As they fled the cramped train, they discovered that the infected could not open the doors themselves and only responded to sound and light. They learned from the broadcast that Asan Station, the next stop for the train, had also been occupied by the infected, forcing the train to proceed only to Daejeon Station, where arrangements had already been made to suppress the infected.

People followed the conductor's instructions and Daejeon Station was unusually quiet. Fortunately, the Shengjing couple took Xiu'an away in time, and Shi Yu barely avoided the infected and entered the door.

Now, facing the rampant spread of the virus and the flood of infected people, this country has reached its end.

In order to grasp the timing of the action, Qin Tian directly booked a place to live near the train station, and his temporary residence was just a hotel.

"Haha, the violent clash at the Anshan factory. How ridiculous." Qin Tian wiped the sweat from his forehead and added bullets to his two Desert Eagles. With the vector control enhanced by the cellular power, he could ignore the recoil of the Desert Eagle.

"Kata." Qin Tian assembled the M4A1 gun body, and there was no problem in taking all the equipment on the train.

Qin Tian watched the TV and realized that only a few people who knew the zombies' weaknesses stayed home, tightly shutting their doors and windows. The rest had already been infected. He could still get the virus by simply going to the Ranran Zone, but the danger was even greater. The most important reason was that he simply couldn't handle tens of thousands of zombies. Cellular power had its limits. Once his strength was exhausted, he would undoubtedly be torn apart by the vast hordes of zombies. Therefore, he had to act according to the plot.

"It seems that I still can't break away from the plot. When I can move freely in those worlds, that will be the time for me to become stronger." Qin Tian's eyes were burning with fire. He wanted to become stronger so much that he already had the heart of a strong man from this moment on.
