-00 hours 38 minutes left till Faruq's Birthday-
Date: 17th June, 2027
Location: Interrogation Room
Time: 11:22 PM
(Interrogation Part XIII)
Faruq is sitting in the interrogation room with The Leech.
The Leech frowns and asks,
"So, did you know what kind of work he did?"
Faruq stares at him and says with a low voice,
"No, he didn't tell me–"
The Leech leans forward and asks,
"Do you think his work is related to 13 months of his disappearance?"
Faruq tilts his head slightly and says,
"No, I don't know-
but I remember seeing him wearing a ring same as yours!"
The Leech smirks, gets up, lights up a cigarette, walks up to Faruq and gives him
the cigarette in his mouth and says with a sarcastic voice,
"Do you know what that black ring is?"
Faruq takes a puff and says,
"No~"
Then The Leech goes back to his chair, sits and takes off the black ring from his hand,
then brings out his phone and turns on the camera and puts it in front of Faruq. So
that he can see The Leech through the camera.
Then he asks Faruq,
"Can you see me through the camera?"
Faruq replies,
"Yes–"
Then The Leech puts on the ring and asks,
"Can you see me now?"
Faruq's eyes got bigger as he saw The Leech disappearing from the camera the
moment he wore the ring.
The Leech smiles and says with a soft voice,
"This black ring is called, Ghost's Ring,
For now, just know that,
Only criminals wear it–
before doing any crimes to hide from The God's Eyes."
Faruq asks,
"So are you a criminal?"
The Leech bursts out laughing and says,
"We are with THE LAW,
Only a small number of people with The Law can use this ring.
And Amir isn't one of us.
But he has the ring, so what do you think that makes him?
My instincts are telling me that-
you will get a very bad news after that night~"
Faruq is silent, he can't say anything, as if the reality is shattering in front of him.
The Leech smiles and says,
"You got a lot to learn about truths.
Before that, continue your story–"

(Faruq's Testimony)
—00 DAYS 16 hours left till Faruq's Birthday—
Date: 17th June, 2027
Location: Amir's house
Time: 08:24 AM
—Amir's Room—
That morning on 17th July, at 08:24 AM, Faruq was calling his wife as Amir walks
in the room with a parcel box and asks Faruq,
"Did you order any parcel?"
Faruq with confused voice says,
"No, I don't even know the full address of this house~"
Amir stares at the box. Faruq leans in and says with a smile,
"Let's open it up, might be a surprise for us?"
Amir says with confusion,
"I'm feeling something is wrong!!!"
Faruq takes the box from Amir''s hand while smiling and opens it.
His body freezes, he isn't moving, he is staring inside the box with shocked eyes.
Amir peeks inside the box and sees-
A middle finger with three moles and a note saying 'Today's news at 8:30AM'.
Amir remembers how Faruq was making fun of his girlfriend, JANNAT, for having 3
moles like a triangle on her middle finger.
Suddenly he sees a news popped up in Faruq's phone-
"Our report says he has killed over 180 people in the last 13 months.
Among them 128 were girls and the rest were boys.
All the murder patterns are the same.
The killer at first rapes the victims and then stabs them to death,
chops them up except their head.
And then he puts a mark on their face with the knife.
Then sends a finger of the victim to their family.
And the last victim was a girl-
whose head was found near a river earlier this morning,
The forensic report says she was brutally rapped and-
tortured several times for several days before her death."

A memory whisper into Faruq's mind where Jannat was saying with a bright
smile,
"I will wear the RED wedding dress you gave me and let's meet by the river."

-The news continues-
"Her dead body was found near the river,
she was wearing a red wedding dress and-
her name was JANNAT"
Amir stares at Faruq. Faruq starts laughing like a hopeless who has just lost his last
will to live.

(Faruq's Testimony)
Date: 17th June, 2027
Location: Riverside
Time: 10:10 AM
-THE RIVERSIDE-
Faruq screams, gets up and runs to the river side, Amir follows him.
Faruq stands still and staring at the end of the river. His eyes look like a dead fish.
He is whispering something to himself. Amir gets closer. Amir walks up to Faruq, sits
on the ground and stares at the tide of the river. Faruq tilts his head, gives Amir a
side eye look and speaks with a soft low voice,
"Amir, please tell me, why God is fucking up my life like this?
What have I done wrong? He is the most kind, right?"
Amir replies softly,
"The Quran already whispers the answer,
but how can you hear that if you scream so loudly-?
Faruq yells in anger and says,
"TELL MEEE!!!"
Amir takes a sigh and says with a cold voice,
"To test your patience— Remember the world is a test~"
Faruq puts his hand on his face and starts laughing like a madman. The he says with
a cold voice and heartless eyes,
"Test? What kind of test is here?
Why is He acting like a butcher,
using me as a chopper,
TAKING ALL MY LOVED ONES FARTHER AND FARTHER?"
Amir smirks and says,
"Nice Poem."
Then seeing Faruq's angry face he gets serious and says with a soft voice,
"Cause He loves you more,
He will break you even more-
Just to make you realize that-
there is no one to help you except Him and-
everything in this world is temporary."
Faruq smirks and says with a mocking voice,
"Help?
I don't remember getting ANY HELP FROM HIM,
even for once!!!"
Amir squeezes his eyes and says,
"You sure?
Cause I'm still seeing His mercy upon you~"
Faruq laughs and says loudly,
"Where? How? I DON'T SEE ANY!!!"
Amir gets ups, pokes Faruq's nose and says,
" You still draw breath~"
Then gently punches Faruq's chest and says,
"Your heart still beats~"
Then flickers on Faruq's Eyes and says,
"Those eyes can still see~"
Then grabs Faruq's throat and says,
"This voice can still yell~"
Then Amir whispers to his ear while holding his throat,
"Take away just one of His blessings,
then you will realize.
Can you guarantee me that you will live tomorrow?"
Faruq moves Amir's hand from his throat and says with a cold desperate voice,
"It's not mercy,
IT'S TORTURE TO LIVE LIKE THIS.
If HE really loved me then
He would have taken me away INSTEAD OF THEM!!!"
Amir smirks and looks at the sky, the say with a low voice,
"He won't take you until you finish your role in this world~"
Faruq is staring.
Then Amir looks at Faruq and says,
"I don't blame you for thinking like that.
We humans don't understand the value of any blessing-
until it's taken away! "
Faruq looks at the sky and says with a disappointed tone,
"Sorry Amir, but I can't think of Him as hero to save me!!!"
Amir smirks and says,
"Of course, you can't, no one can.
Because he ain't a hero we are shown in the movies-
who will immediately come to us and save us using mysterious powers.
We all were brainwashed to hasten everything we do or face,
otherwise blame it on others.
We want everything at once or as soon as possible,
just like you are wanting to die in their place at this moment."
Faruq looks at Amir with sadness in his eyes and says with a cracked voice,
"Is it bad to wish for something?"
Amir replies with a serious tone,
" Not at all,
you can wish for anything you want but with patience.
But if you hasten,
then devil will take advantage of you,
like the way he is doing now to fuck up your rational thoughts.
Every mortal will taste death, it's fixed.
If you can't accept the obvious things,
then before you know,
you will dance with the devil on his palm."
Faruq leans toward Amir and says with a low cold voice,
"So what you are telling me to do?
Forgive those bastards who did these to her?"
Amir rubs his hand on Faruq's hair and says with a gentle voice,
"Forgiving with tolerance is best for great return,
cause once you forgive them then karma will take responsibility to punish them.
But you can take revenge if you don't outdo theirs,
otherwise karma will come for you."
Faruq wipes his tears and says,
"What is karma? Is it God's other name?"
Amir replies with a low voice,
"Nah– Just know, It's also a creation of god.
It lives in this world like an energy and feeds on our emotions and actions.
You know they say, what goes around comes around,
its for both good and bad things~"
Faruq stares at Amir and says with a confused voice,
"What should I do now?"
Amir smirks like a devil and whispers to him with a cold voice,
"I know for a fact that— Even if f I tell you to forgive,
then The Devil will whisper and fill your heart with hatred
to take revenge as soon as possible,
and his words will feel sweeter as it will match your inner intentions.
Then he will burn you alive with the fire of your own wrath-
to rush your decisions to lead you away from The Lord-
step by step without
your foolish self realizing the cause and effect.
So, do you want revenge?"
Faruq gets serious and says,
"YES!!!
Of course, don't try to stop me,
cause it hurts a lot–
Natural death I can cope with,
but being murdered is a different case!!"
Amir laughs out loudly and says with a straight but cold face,
"Who will stop you?
I will just make sure you don't get karma as an enemy,
And don't blame yourself later through The Serpent's whispers."
Faruq asks Amir curiously,
"So what's the plan?"
"Where can we find them?"
Amir brings out his black watch, takes a look at the time and says with a low voice,
"Wait and observe. they will come when it's the right time!"
Faruq with a confused voice asks,
"Come to us? Why?"
Amir looks at Faruq, takes a sigh, lights up a cigarette and says,
"To fulfill the deal with your biological father-
and for the price on my head!"
Faruq is confused as a newborn kid. He doesn't know or understand any of these
things. He scratches his head and says with confusion,
"Deal with my late-father?
Price on your head?
How much is your head worth?"
Amir takes a puff, smirks and says while staring at Faruq's eyes,
"You three generations can easily swim in luxury.
You want my head? If you want I will give you gladly~"
Faruq gets annoyed with his answer, and sits on the ground, picks up a stone and
starts rubbing that with his fingers. Then he looks back at Amir and says,
"Just let me kill them with my own hand when they come!"
Amir sits beside him and whispers in his ears,
"Killing someone will burden you with their sins.
And I don't want you to go to hell,
cause your mom is in heaven waiting for you~"
Faruq is confused. He stands up and throws the rock in the river and says,
" I don't understand—
If we don't kill them.
What are we gonna do?
I can't show mercy to them!"
Suddenly the air around them becomes chilling. Faruq can feel it in his bones. It feels
like the wind has become silent, the river has stopped flowing, the birds are running
away from them, and the insects are hiding in the ground.
Amir stares at the ground with a devilish smirk on his face, then he says with a low–
Deep-cold voice,
"We are gonna do a lot to them,
but killing isn't in my options.
Killing them would be like showing them mercy–"
Faruq's throat becomes dry. He takes a gulp. He forgets to breathe while Amir is still
smirking with his eyes wide open, looking at the ground.
