Aiden: "You could say that. I could have talked to Dad about this, but you all know how Dad and Uncle Michael don't get along. Otherwise, maybe we could have stopped him."
"Well, that's true," Abigail said.
"We should still do something," Josh said.
"We will, but honestly, guys, I don't like this school. I even asked Dad to transfer us to our pack's school, but he said no," Aiden replied.
"Well, what did you expect him to say? This is the best school in our area," Alisha said.
---
Liam: "Exactly. This is the best school for us to finish high school, but I really don't understand why the teachers and principal say nothing to stop the bullying. They literally act like nothing is happening," I said.
"Maybe because they don't want to get on the bad side of any of the four packs," Alisha replied.
"But still, they should do something," I said.
"If you think about it, children from all four packs attend this school. Maybe they try not to anger any of the ranked members. And let's not forget—only omegas are bullied," Josh explained.
"Our school is located at the center of the four packs: River Ash Pack, Lakeside Pack, Silver Moon Pack, and Dark Shadow Pack. I'm the alpha heir of River Ash Pack, and Josh is our gamma's son. Alisha and Henry are the beta's born from Lakeside Pack, which is also Leo's pack. Aiden and Abigail are alpha-born from Silver Moon Pack, and finally, Alex is alpha-born from Dark Shadow Pack. The four packs are allies, so they decided it would be good if all pack members mingled with each other" I elaborated further.
---
Alisha: "You're absolutely right. It makes sense this way. The principal mostly ignores bullying because Alex is alpha-born, but we have to do something. If I'm right, I don't think any of the Alphas of our packs know about the bullying," I said.
"Yeah, they don't. Even Uncle Michael doesn't know," Abigail said.
"How can you be so sure?" Liam asked.
"Well, he's known as a respected alpha," I replied.
"Then we will tell them about this. They might not believe us at first, but at least they'll keep an eye on Alex," Josh said.
"This sounds like a good plan. Dad may not have a good relationship with Uncle Michael, but he will still tell him about this," Abigail said.
"Of course he will. Now we can talk more about this after school, or we can just tell our Alphas," Liam said.
"No need to discuss more. We are just going to tell them," Aiden said, and everyone nodded.
"Wait! I think Henry texted me something similar this morning, right as class began, but I forgot to tell you all," I said while checking my phone. After rereading the text, I said, "Oh! He asked if Aiden and Abigail could ask their father to talk to Alpha Michael."
"Well, this is the same thing we decided to do. Text him that we'll do it and also tell him what we discussed," Abigail said.
---
Aiden: "Now we all know what to do. We can discuss how it went tomorrow," I said.
"Ok!" everyone replied.
"Alisha, tell Henry and the others to meet us during lunch break. And one more thing: Abigail and I want to be able to go to the school after training classes—they are combat classes held after school."
"Why not?" Liam asked.
"Mom told us to come straight home after school," I replied.
The bell rang, and we all went to our respective classes. About two hours later, school ended.
"Bye, guys! I have to go now. I'll see you both tomorrow. Text me how it went with your Alpha," I said.
After saying goodbye, I went to find Abigail so we could leave. I found her in the hallway waiting for me.
"Come on, Aiden. The driver was waiting outside," she said.
"Yeah! Let's go," I replied.
We walked outside to where the driver had parked the car. After about thirty minutes, we arrived home.
---
Abigail: "Good afternoon, Mom and Dad," I said as we walked inside, Aiden right behind me.
The house was surprisingly quiet. We waited for a response, but none came. I mind-linked Mom to ask where they were, and she told me to come to Dad's office. I then mind-linked Aiden to tell him, and we both made our way to the office. We knocked on the door, entered, and found Mom and Dad sitting at the desk, looking serious. After exchanging glances, we both sat down, bracing ourselves for whatever they had to say.
