I went to Black. "Black, he's the real Viktor. The one who was with you is a fake!"
Hearing me, Black looked shocked—his face clearly showed he didn't believe me. Honestly, who would believe something like that? But this wasn't about belief anymore; it was about my kids.
"We'll explain everything later," I said quickly. "Just tell us where Nico and Nilo are right now."
"Lucky said the boss ordered him to bring the kids to him, so he left about half an hour ago. That's what he told me on the call. I came here to check if the house was clean or not," Black explained.
So that fake Viktor had called my kids to him. My heart raced. "Do you know where they are now?" I asked impatiently.
"I don't know," he replied.
Everyone in the room went silent, anger and worry simmering under their expressions—especially mine. "Can you call him and ask?"
"He's not answering," Black said, frustration in his voice.
"Do you have a laptop?" I asked.
