Kin Ikari stared intently at the full moon hanging low in the sky, his mind a turbulent sea of emotion. Standing at the edge of the southern mountain, he felt the weight of expectation pressing down on him. The night air was crisp, accentuating every detail of the towering summits that surrounded him. Yet, despite this beauty, Kin's heart was heavy with a sense of confinement. He yearned for something beyond the life Master Shu Jin had prescribed, something that might fill the void within him.
emotions that were a foreign word in the dictionary of Kin Ikari.he was quiet. never spoke unless spoken to.he was strong. His master had trained him since birth in combat.he was empty; he always felt that there was more than what he was now.
"Kin!" a voice sounded,it came from a distant hieght up the mountains. it was his master.
He ran up through a rocky pathway that served as a natural staircase, and it was blocked by a wall, but Kin climbed it perfectly. He had been climbing that for 16 years, no.w.
He dashed through the hedges, then arrived at a shrine. It was an ancient Japanese shrine model. Just that this time it was their home, KAZE NAKI HAKA .
"Yes, master Shu Jin," Kin said as he looked at the gate to an old man. bald head but with a considerably long moustache. he wore a white yukata and had an angry expression on.
"Where have you been?" Master Shu Jin said." It had been twelve hours , you went to your usual spot and looked at the landscape for twelve hours without moving a muscle!"
Kin was quiet.
"Couldn't you go and find something fun to do at least?"
"What's fun??"Kin asked calmly.
"
Never mind!"master Shu Jin said, slapping his palm to his forehead." You remember what I told you about tomorrow?"master Shu Jin said again,his laid-back, enthusiastic voice gone. Now sounding serious.
"yes"
"Good," master Shu Jin said." I'm gonna have to replace your seals before you leave."
Kin's eyes widened." Yes, master."The GREAT 7 ELDERS SEAL OF SATSUJIN. This was the seal used on Kin every 6 months.to suppress his power and his Kannen energy. This was the reason the satsujin hunters' station Kin was here. isolated from humanity, master Shu Jin knew this very
Well, and he chose to watch over Kin. because he was a monster.
But not to master Shu Jin,the rumored monster had grown into his own son as he had nurtured him from birth to teenagehood, and a bond formed between the two. master Shu Jin cared a lot about Kin,and Kin, although quiet and powerful. His eyes often showed the compassion he had for his master.
But whenever master shu jin re-did the seal every six months,he felt like he was stripped of any claim of care on the boy, as the seal ritual was awesomely painful.And Kin suffered a lot because of it, but he never complained, and master shu jin never stopped.
Now, before Kin could leave, they would have to perform the ritual again, and deep down, master Shu Jin didn't want to see Kin go through all that again.It was all set up now, in the shrine there was an open space with planks of wood fixed into the ground, four in number forming a square formation, with heavy metal chains tied to each one of them as a link, there were seal tags hanging on each of the chains, lots of them, the tags were pieces of paper with a kanji incription on it,the had awide range of uses,healing tags when placed on a target will slowly heal the victim, all these tags are created by infusing kannen energy into the tags to create the specific function wanted, however not everyone could create a tag,there are special type of people with such abilities they are refered to as ' tag insciptors' they were one of the seperate divisions in the satsujin hunters association.
And master Shu Jin was also an inscriptor and had the reputation for creating one of the most legendary sealing tags ever. THE GREAT SEVEN ELDERS SEAL OF SATSUJIN. And he used it to seal in Kin's power every six months.
On the plank of wood, a small lantern would be placed.
Now Kin was sitting in the square, his eyes were filled with fear for what he was going to experience any moment now,
"Let's begin, Kin. Are you ready?"
Kin nodded.
"Okay."
Immediately, the pressure in the air began to increase, and the inscription on the tags began to glow reddish ambient.
"Kannen absorption balls!" master Shu Jin yelled, placing out his hand in the tiger hand sign." Summon!"
Immediately, 7 blue round crystals appeared in the air above master Shu Jin; they glowed softly.
"Kannen absorption technique: reverse transmission!"
Immediately, golden energy began to seep out of Kin. It was in great amounts, and it filled the air with so much pressure. He began to yell. The pain was maddening. Kin felt as if they were tearing his intestines and lungs and pulling them out of his body.
The golden energy began to flow into each of the 7 blue balls, making them glow awesomely.
This went on for some time till the energy coming out of Kin reduced,including his pain.
"Time to end it, Kin - GREAT SEVEN ELDERS SEAL OF SATSUJIN!" the old man yelled, " SUMMON!"
Immediately, 7 seal tags appeared in the air, but it wasn't the ordinary seal tag. These ones were purely POWER! They shone blue and gold and radiated light, so bright that master Shu Jin had to look away.
" ATTACH!"
The seal tags moved at great speed to attach themselves to Kin,and it brought great pain.
Kin yelled.

The sound of the whirring of helicopter blades was heard. Kin looked at master shu jin, who was putting ties on a cloth sack that contained. all of Kin's belongings.
"I guess they are here early ,huh?" old man Shu Jin said to himself and walked over to Kin,handing over a sack." Here, these are your clothes and stuff, although you might get new clothing there in Tokyo, but just in case, and I've placed a surprise gift in there, something to remember me by."
"Come on, let's not keep them waiting."
They walked outside, the helicopter hovered above the shrine, and the wind propelled them down. Soon, a ladder dropped, and men in black suits holding guns landed and pointed the guns at them.
Then another man landed, he wore a green suit and a red tie,he was blonde and handsome.
Kin stared. This was the first time in his life he remembered seeing a human.
"Good morning, Grand master Shu Jin," the man bowed politely." I am Takeda Genji, here to pick up Kin Ikari - if you don't mind."
"Of course not,I had been pre-informed of your arrival and purpose, and I have no problems; however, I do question why the armed men? Are we a threat?" master Shu Jin asked.
"Certainly not, sir," Takeda Genji mumbled. "However, the child is rumored to be dangerous."
"Dangerous? Of course, he certainly is; he could kill you and all your men singlehandedly, no kannen techniques." master Shu Jin smiled.
"I doubt that, sir. He couldn't possibly defeat me; however, that's not the point. "
"Really, and you think that if you attack him now, I'd join your side? I don't think your men can go up against me,a grandmaster-level hunter." Shu Jin smiled," Anyway, you'd best be going, I do not want to delay you!"
Takeda Genji froze. He knew that he stood before a grandmaster,the highest rank attained in the satsujin hunters association. But his saying it again struck fear into him,including the other men.
"W-well, the council informed me to tell you that you can come back to Tokyo now and take part in the council more effectively," Takaeda said
"Tell them that I have no intentions of such, I will attend regular meetings and even come around more to visit dear Kin. But reside here," master Shu Jin said
"Yes, I w....."immediately, Takeda fell to his knees, blood coming out of his mouth and nose.
"Oh, I guess it has started, you've got to leave, if not your lungs will squeeze out, this is kaze naki haka after all," master Shu Jin said.
It was true that most of the soldiers had climbed back into the helicopter and were wearing gas masks.
Takeda began to leave, and Kin followed.
"Bye! Kin, see you soon!" master Shu Jin waved.
" Bye, grandpa!"
Upon hearing those words, master Shujin's heart was filled with joy.IN TOKYO, SATSUJIN SPECIAL HOTEL.
Kin settled in the big fancy room. He had never seen anything so beautiful, with lots of decor. At the shrine, they slept on mats, but when Kin sat on the luxury bed, he almost melted from how soft it felt.
OIn their way here, they saw lots of buildings and humans. It began to overwhelm him, so he lay on the bed and began thinking about them one by one
. Why did people sit in monsters for transportation?
How did people enter screens?
How did every room have a mini sun?
What are females?
What are the nice sounds played everywhere?
He spent a lot of time thinking about all these things till he heard a knock on the door. A woman came in with a tray of food that looked awfully delicious. When he tasted it, a glint of joy sparked in his eye. It was more delicious than anything he had ever eaten.
"Mai!" he smiled at the woman,who looked pleased. but even more stunned by kins handsomeness, he had jet black hair and gold pupils and a muscular, toned body,he was toned and handsome.
The woman we didn't read.
"Please, is it hot in here? I can open the window if you want."
kin said.
" n-no, I'm fine, thank you." She smiled nervously." I was instructed to watch you eat, then send the tray back out when you are done."
"Okay, ".
When he finished eating, the woman packed the stuff and left. but handed over a box also.it contained a phone. However, kin wondered what it was, luckily, master shujin had taught him how to read, so he figured it out some how.
