Dalia's POV
My jaw nearly hit the floor for the second time today. He bought a house? "You bought a house? What are you talking about? You were supposed to be working on assignments, not shopping for real estate. And why would you even need a house when you have a perfectly good dorm room?"
Orion's deep chuckle filled the small space as he lifted the takeout box from my hands and set it on my desk. Before I could react, his fingers wrapped around my wrist, tugging me toward the bed. He guided me down beside him, though I immediately shifted away despite the mate bond pulling at my resolve. His mouth curved into that devastating smile that made my knees weak.
Damn it, why did he have to look at me like that? Like his smile could make me forget every reason I had to resist him.
"My dorm feels like a shoebox, and yours isn't much better for someone like you," he said simply.
