It took David two whole days to recover from his injuries. Even with the help of experienced healers who were able to heal the internal tearings, his body still lacked in strength. And thus, he was confined to his bed at the infirmary.
Other than a few other students from other claws who came there to treat some minor injuries, no other patient were housed in the small infirmary.
The nameless girl would at times visit and sit by him, cursing everyone from Claw Zamian and promising David she would beat all of them once she reached higher powers.
Each time, David would laugh it off while reassuring her it was all a part of training. Although her face didn't look complete convinced, David knew she wouldn't atleast act recklessly.
If he wanted to, he could easily influence her into doing something really dangerous for him. With just the right words and actions, all blame would shift to her and his *revenge* would be enacted as well.
