"How about this dress?"I ask holding up a yellow sundress.
"A sundress to a party?"He asks trying his best not to offend me.
"Do you mind if I...?"he asks gesturing to the closet.
"Yeah sure of course.Just don't touch my bras and stuff."We both laugh.
"Okay don't take this the wrong way but...you can't wear any of these tonight."He says scratching the back of his neck nervously.
"This is why I don't want to go"I laugh.
"Okay let's do this...Cali...will you let me take you shopping please?"
He's smiling at me so innocently it's cute.I can't say no.
"Sure."I giggle.
He then pulls me in for a squeeze lifting me up from the ground.
"Put me down!"I manage to say out of breath from laughing.
"Okay"
He does as told and smiles with his hands in his pockets.
"Shall we?"
"Yeah let's go."
40min later Cali and Xavier arrive at the mall and literally walk into every clothing shop there.
"I know I've tried on 27 different dresses but I really think this is the one!"I yell from my end of the changing room.
When I walk out Xavier doesn't blink or say anything.
He just...stares.
"Uhm...does it look okay?I can change into another one.I probably look silly..."
The dress I'm wearing is quite short but I really like it.
He doesn't say a word and this makes me feel uncomfortable.
"I'll go change."I say immediately rushing back into the changing room.
"Wait Cali I'm sorry!You just look so good I forgot how to speak.Im sorry please come back out."
I feel a bit better but also embarrassed for some reason.
I walk back out slowly and this time receive all the compliments that were due.

I can't help but punch his arm lightly.
On my way to the bathroom I bump into Danniel.

If he's trying to intimidate me it's working.I just want to turn around and walk away but I can't seem to.

I just want to sink into the floor.
