"Go to sleep," Jared Quinn ignored her struggles, "I've already seen what I needed to see and done what I needed to do, so there's nothing to hide."
His large hand firmly held Melody Thorne's small face.
"Don't you think it's too hot this way?" Melody protested.
"Stop moving," Jared's breath was slightly heavy. He pressed her small hand against his bare chest with one large hand, while the other pressed against her face. "Just go to sleep."
Melody stopped moving, but she couldn't fall asleep. Underneath her palm was Jared's bare chest,
"Don't get any ideas," Jared grabbed her small hand, moving it over his bare chest a couple of times, and whispered, "Even though I allow you to do anything to me, not now."
"Who wants to do anything to you?" Melody tried to move back but couldn't. "It's you who shouldn't do anything to me in the middle of the night."
