"This world appears calm and even ordinary, but it actually feels oppressive, like a cage."
He sat upon a broken doorway, surrounded by many wizards, with a hexagram within the doorway continuously rotating and splitting into white streams of light like tree branches.
Otto stood beside, looking up and saying, "But the humans of this world are mostly weak, we don't need to be concerned about them."
Richie shook his head and said, "It's better to be cautious... Yet another explosion happened on the east side of the city, hasn't Hei Mu caught the culprit? This isn't entirely the Law Enforcement Team's issue. You need to help if necessary."
Otto smiled slightly, grooves forming on his dry face, and said, "I still trust Hei Mu's strength, after all, he is the successor of the Wizard King. If we meddle without reason, he'd complain."
