White buildings shimmered with a sacred, ethereal glow. Above them, the flawless blue sky stretched into an endless canvas of perfection. Looking around, the structures seemed to be held aloft by the very clouds, a sight that would stun anyone from Earth. But Lucifer wasn't in a state to appreciate the view. His eyes were fixed on a figure not far away—a woman of peerless beauty, lying as if in a deep sleep.
Her white hair cascaded around her, and her form was perfectly highlighted by white, gold-rimmed clothing that radiated a mysterious aura. An ancient, cold, and majestic power emanated from her. The sight of her left Lucifer completely stunned.
I was just going downstairs to pick up a package.
He wasn't some delivery driver or a high school student from a fantasy novel. Was this really how he was going to travel to another world? He had no objection to arriving in Teyvat, but why did he have to land on Sky Island, of all places?
"The Maintainer of Heavenly Principles will definitely kill me the second she wakes up," he muttered, staring at the sleeping goddess in sheer terror.
Before he could react further, a blinding white light engulfed him, and just as quickly, it vanished. A divine, supreme, and absolute power surged through his body.
He had become a god.
The previous Heavenly Law, Phanes, had died shortly after the Cataclysm of Khaenri'ah five hundred years ago. Before its death, Phanes entrusted all its power to Sky Island, leaving Asmoday, one of the four shades, to guard it. It was said that the next person to arrive here would inherit the throne and the responsibility of protecting Teyvat.
"I just picked up the peach..." Lucifer thought, his expression a mix of excitement and disbelief.
He had just arrived and already inherited a world. He was probably the luckiest of all time travelers. But with that ecstasy came a surge of worry. As the new Heavenly Law, he was now responsible for protecting the entire continent. Phanes, a being of unimaginable power, had perished. How could he, a man who had just traveled through time, shoulder such a responsibility?
Information about the state of Teyvat flooded his mind, a direct report from the new Throne of Heaven. The world's foundations were riddled with holes, and Teyvat was on the brink of disintegration. It had, at most, ten years left.
"To wear the crown, you must bear its weight," Lucifer swallowed hard.
Becoming a god meant he could see most of Teyvat's secrets, as if he were looking at the world's control panel. The more he learned, the more his palms began to sweat. Based on the current situation, even with the power of the Throne of Heaven, it seemed impossible to save the world.
"What can I do?" he wondered. "Is this the wrong way to start? I haven't even died yet!"
He tried the classic time-traveler tropes. "System? Grandpa?"
He even tried some anime references. "The power of destiny from a Stellaron? The Tree of Imaginary Numbers and the Sea of Quanta? All-worlds chat group? A simulator?"
Just as he was about to give up, a voice finally echoed in his mind.
"Beep! The system has heard the host's call and is loading."
"Changing the system template according to the host's actual situation. The treasure chest template is replaced with the Dimension Dominator template. Loading complete, host's capabilities are being listed."
Lucifer's eyes widened as the information poured into his brain. He really did have a system. A screen, like one from a video game, appeared before his eyes.

[Name]: Lucifer
[Identity]: The Heavenly Law of Teyvat World
[Authority]:
Original Dharma Ring (Defective): Controls all the laws and powers of Teyvat. Some of the laws have been broken into fragments and used for the birth of demons. These fragments can be recovered upon the demon's death.
Ether Anchor Point: The core structure that maintains the world's stability in the Quantum Sea. It can create a false sky to form a world barrier and lower Skyfrost Nails to repair damage to the ley lines.
Light World Force System: Manages the seven elemental authorities in Teyvat, using fragments to create the Eyes of God and merging the powers into a single source that creates all things.
Human Realm Force System: Gathers human beliefs into the Seat of God, testing the strength of desires and casting the Eyes of God. All human desires converge into the power of the human world, weaving destiny.
The Fate Seat System: Delineates the fate of all intelligent life in Teyvat, gathering the destiny stars of the ascended and guiding the original gods to the throne.

Lucifer looked at his current attributes and finally felt a sense of calm. As the new Heavenly Law, he was incredibly powerful, controlling most of Teyvat's core functions.
"System, what are your functions?" he asked, eager to understand his new "golden finger."
"The system's template has been changed from the 'Treasure Box System' to the 'Dimension Dominator System.'"
Function 1: Able to search for world coordinates based on the host's knowledge of the multiverse.
Function 2: Ability to build doors connecting worlds.
Function 3: Help the host annex and establish a connected world.
Function 4: Design detailed plans for the host to annex different worlds.
"Annex the world? Is your function that exaggerated?" Lucifer gasped, taking a deep breath.
"yes."
After recovering from the shock, he asked the most important question. "System, can annexing other worlds solve the impending disintegration of Teyvat?"
He was shocked by the system's power, but his most pressing concern was Teyvat's destruction and his own demise. He was the Heavenly Law now; he had to shoulder this responsibility. After all, his favorite characters were still waiting for him to have a grand love affair with them.
"Analyzing a solution based on the Teyvat world's situation... Analysis complete."
First: By annexing the laws of other worlds, Teyvat's laws can be enriched, turning forbidden knowledge into useful knowledge.
Second: By annexing worlds with special levels, such as the underworld or hell, the power of the Abyss can be neutralized, and Teyvat's own underworld can be evolved.
Third: The Eye of God system can be perfected by absorbing the power systems of annexed worlds.
Fourth: Annexed worlds can be integrated into Teyvat or developed as lower worlds to strengthen the world's foundation and barriers.
Fifth: The Teyvat pantheon can be strengthened by absorbing gods from other worlds to tighten control.
Sixth...
Lucifer read through the hundreds of solutions, and his last remaining worry completely vanished.
"A time-traveler with a cheat is a child with a mother," he thought, patting his still-pounding heart. He was submissive before, but with this power, he was ready to face anything.
"System," he declared, "search for world coordinates now."
"Hey, the system has searched three worlds based on the host's memory."
Lucifer was surprised by the options presented by the system: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Akame Ga KILL, and Bleach. It seemed the system had a specific purpose in mind.
{A/N: I replaced Inuyash with bleach}
The system prioritizes searching for worlds that can make up for the host world's shortcomings
It chimed in, providing a detailed breakdown.
The laws of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba could improve Teyvat's Eye of God system, grant a form of immortality, and introduce the concept of supernatural powers to break the Eye of God's single-attribute shackles.
Annexing the Akame ga kill world would strengthen Teyvat's world barrier, protecting it from the Quantum Sea's erosion and extending its lifespan by a hundred thousand years.
The Bleach world, with its laws of the underworld, reincarnation, and demons, could make the power of the Abyss harmless in Teyvat and establish a much-needed reincarnation system. This world's demonic laws could also cause elemental creatures to evolve into sentient beings with human-like forms, improving Teyvat's foundational ecology.
"Annexing all three worlds will extend Teyvat's existence by half a million years," the system concluded.
Lucifer's blood began to boil. The scale of this plan was breathtaking, and the sheer audacity of it ignited a primal, almost masculine, desire for conquest.
"So, what's the plan to annex these three worlds?" he asked. "A blueprint is one thing, but execution is what matters."
"Parsing," the system responded. "Analysis completed."
"The world of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba can be annexed by popularizing the Eye of God system to steal world authority. Then, embed the Eye of God and the concept of gods into their mythology, rewrite their fate, and finally use the host's Original Magic Ring to absorb all their laws. The Demon Slayer world will then become a subordinate realm."
Lucifer blinked. "Isn't that just giving the Demon Slayers the Eyes of God, letting people from Teyvat pretend to be gods and immortals in their history, and then stealing their world?"
"the system will reduce the complexity of the explanation," the system responded.
"No, keep it like that," Lucifer said, his face unreadable. He wasn't about to admit to having a poor grasp of convoluted terminology. "Continue with the plan."
"The world of Akame Ga Kill can use a similar approach, but also requires the host's 'Human Realm Power System' to collect their beliefs. Once the number of believers exceeds 80%, the world's authority will be completely tilted toward the host."
"Gathering faith by saving the desperate people from the corrupt Empire," Lucifer nodded. "A task for elementary school students."
He knew that people were most likely to give their faith when they were at their lowest. The oppressed citizens of the Empire were the perfect target. Send in a deity, perform a few miracles to save them, and the task would be a success.
"What about Bleach? That world is much more complete than Teyvat."
While its power level wasn't as high as his own, its top-tier beings could destroy cities and fight on par with low-level Archons. And that world had a Soul King, a central figure with immense power.
"The annexation of the Bleach world requires the Eye of God system to become mainstream," the system replied. "Then, use the Human Realm Power System to gather the Seat of God and divide the mortal world into territories. Annexation can be completed once you control the authority of both the mortal world and the Soul Society."
Lucifer's mouth twitched. This sounded like another demon war, a lower-end version of Teyvat's Archon War. He could almost see it now: Teyvat's forces marching on the Soul Society, clashing with Shinigami, and fighting for control of the afterlife.
"Is there another plan?" he asked, a hint of exhaustion in his voice.
"The plan is complete," the system responded. "The system will search for new world coordinates after the host has annexed these three worlds."
"Alright."
Lucifer was now a man with a clear mission. He had the blueprint, and the conditions were perfect. He would be unstoppable.
"The next step is to prepare the powers that can be used by the seven nations of Teyvat," Lucifer mused.
His mind immediately went to the Traveler, who was just leaving Mondstadt for Liyue. Though Teyvat was in a state of chaos, the nations of Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, and Fontaine were stable enough to carry out the annexation plan. Sumeru was too corrupt from top to bottom, and Natlan was too consumed by internal conflict. He couldn't trust Snezhnaya, either; the Fatui leadership would likely try to usurp his power the moment they got their hands on another world's authority.
"I can contact the seven archons through the Seat of God. It's no different than the internet."
Lucifer looked at the sleeping Heavenly Principles, Asmoday, who was exhausted from resisting the erosion of the Abyss.
"I'll wake her up first, then notify the four gods to come to Sky Island for a meeting," he decided. He had inherited the throne, but he was still a beginner, like a three-year-old wielding an AK. He wasn't worried about the archons attacking him, but he didn't want to risk further damage. Asmoday, as one of Phanes' four shades, could be trusted completely. Her duty was to protect Teyvat.
"System, do you have a plan to dispel the Abyssal power in Asmoday?" he asked.
"Beep! Analyzing. Analysis complete. The host can transfer the abnormal power of space governance to itself."
"Huh? Phanes died from this, and you want me to touch it?" Lucifer asked, horrified.
"The system's existence prevents the host from being invaded by negative forces."
"You scared me. Just say the whole thing at once, without the dramatic pause."
"Dip! Acknowledging the host's feedback."
Lucifer placed his hand on Asmoday's chest. He couldn't help but notice it was larger than it looked. The cold, strange power of the Abyss immediately surged out of her body and into his, like the tentacles of a monster.
"Beep! Abnormal energy intrusion. System activating anti-virus mode."
The moment the Abyssal power entered his body, the system annihilated it. Asmoday's recovery was instantaneous. Her eyelashes trembled, and her golden pupils, filled with an oppressive and mysterious light, opened.
