Chapter 3 - Vengeance Filled with Rage

The rage overflowing from Kirasaki's heart created a phenomenon never before witnessed in the history of warfare.

The Lenergy burning within her body churned like magma ready to erupt, creating internal pressure that made her bones creak and her muscles harden like steel.

The first shockwave exploded from her body, creating a crater ten meters deep around where she stood.

Massive stones flew in all directions, destroying the remaining walls of the kingdom that still stood.

The wind generated by the explosion was so fierce it hurled several nearby Nartagia through the air.

But that was only the beginning...

The second shockwave was more devastating than the first.

The ground trembled as if struck by a magnitude ten earthquake.

The remaining ruins of the kingdom shattered to pieces, turning into dust that swirled through the air.

The giant Nartagia monster that had been so arrogant moments before now back away several steps, its eyes are beginning to show unease.

Kirasaki slowly rose to her feet, her body shrouded in dark crimson flames unlike anything that had existed before.

These flames weren't like ordinary elements that burned and then died out. This fire was alive, moving, and seemed to thirst for blood.

Each lick of flame left burn marks in the very air itself, creating small cracks in the fabric of dimensional space.

"Now..." her voice had transformed into something terrifying, as if thousands of souls were speaking in unison.

"...I will show you what it means to suffer."

Kirasaki's eyes are no longer shed tears of blood.

What remained were only two black holes that burned with fire, staring at the monster before her with infinite hatred.

With movement almost too fast to see, Kirasaki leaped into the air. But this was no ordinary jump.

Her body left a trail of fire that continued burning in the air, creating a pattern like demonic wings spread wide.

The Nartagia monster tried to attack her with all six arms at once, launching various types of deadly futuristic weapons.

Lasers, plasma, and energy projectiles aimed at her from every direction.

But Kirasaki didn't dodge.

She allowed all the attacks to strike her, and what happened next left the monster stunned.

Every attack that touched her body was immediately consumed by the black fire surrounding her.

Lasers melted before reaching her, plasma was absorbed as fuel for her flames, and energy projectiles crumbled to dust.

"My turn," she whispered with a voice cold as ice.

Kirasaki raised her sword, now burning with dark crimson flames whose intensity made the surrounding air ripple with heat waves.

The blade no longer looked like ordinary metal, but like a piece of hell forged into a weapon.

With a single swing, she severed one of the monster's arms.

But this wasn't a clean cut. The black fire surrounding her blade immediately spread throughout the severed limb, burning it from within.

The monster screamed in agony with an ear-splitting sound, but Kirasaki wasn't finished.

"Can you feel the pain?" she asked while flying in circles around the increasingly panicked monster.

"This is nothing compared to what I felt watching my family die."

She cut off the second arm, then the third, fourth, fifth.

Each severing was accompanied by an explosion of fire that tortured the monster further.

The burning flesh emitted a pungent smell, and the monster's screams of agony echoed to the ends of the sky.

When only one arm remained, Kirasaki paused. She hovered in front of the monster's head, staring into the dozens of red eyes now filled with terror.

"Now you know what it feels like to be helpless," she said while raising her sword.

"But I won't kill you as easily as you killed my husband and son."

The black fire from her body began to spread, forming a circle around the monster. But this fire was different from before.

This fire moved slowly, methodically, as if deliberately prolonging the suffering.

The monster began burning from the feet, rising slowly upward. But this wasn't ordinary burning.

Kirasaki's black fire burned not only flesh, but soul itself. Every second felt like thousands of years of torture.

"RAAAAGGGGHHHHHHH..." the monster groaned with a broken voice.

"Scream like a begging pig...?" Kirasaki laughed, but her laughter sounded like demonic screams.

"Did my husband beg when you burned him?"

"Did my son beg when you tore apart his body?"

The black fire continued rising, burning stomach, chest, neck, and finally the monster's head. Its final scream echoed for several minutes before total silence fell.

But Kirasaki wasn't satisfied.

She looked up at the sky where hundreds of purple portals still remained open.

From there, thousands of other Nartagia continued pouring forth, unaware they would face something far more terrifying than an ordinary Legend.

"All of you..." her voice thundered until it could be heard in every corner of the planet.

"...will feel the same suffering with the trash that I already dispose."

Kirasaki flew into the air at speeds that created sonic booms.

The black fire flowing from her body left a trail like a hellish comet tearing through the sky.

Every Nartagia she passed was instantly consumed by flames, even before she touched them.

In the northern region of the planet, a group of war robot Nartagia were destroying a city.

They had finished killing hundreds of survivors when the sky suddenly turned blood red.

"What is that?" one of them looked upward.

What they saw was the figure of a woman surrounded by black fire, descending from the sky like a meteor. But before they could react, Kirasaki was already in their midst.

"Do you enjoy killing the innocent?" her voice was cold as ice, contrasting with the fire surrounding her.

Without waiting for an answer, she swung her sword in a full circle. The black fire following her blade's movement created a fire tornado that sucked all the war robots into it.

They screamed as their steel melted, their circuits burned, and their artificial consciousness slowly faded in infinite torment.

Kirasaki didn't stop in one place. She flew to the eastern region, where a group of alien-form Nartagia were attacking a village.

This time she didn't use her sword. She simply raised her hand, and black fire poured out like a rushing lava river.

The aliens tried to flee using their teleportation abilities, but Kirasaki's black fire followed them to whatever dimension they went.

There was no hiding place from the wrath of a mother who had lost her child.

"Where do you think you're running?" her voice echoed throughout all dimensions.

"I will hunt you into to the edge of the universe if necessary."

One by one, the aliens burned completely. Their tentacles writhed in agony before finally turning to black ash carried away by the wind.

In the southern, western, and central regions of the planet, the same story repeated.

Kirasaki appeared like an angel of death, bringing hellfire that consumed every Nartagia she encountered.

None escaped, none could flee.

Most terrifying was her method of killing. She didn't grant quick deaths.

Every Nartagia had to experience suffering many times worse than what they had inflicted on their victims.

Some were burned slowly from toe to head. Some were cut into small pieces while remaining conscious to feel every slice. Some were forced to watch their companions tortured first before their turn came.

Kirasaki had transformed into something even demons would fear to face.

When the sun set, no Nartagia remained before her.

The sky that had been filled with purple portals was now empty, leaving only traces of black fire still floating in the air.

Kirasaki stood atop the highest mountain, her body still shrouded in flames that never died.

Below her, the entire planet looked like a small hell with points of fire burning everywhere.

She gazed at the star-filled night sky, and for the first time since her family's death, tears flowed from her burning eyes.

"Kizaku... Saiya..." she whispered with a hoarse voice.

"I have avenged both of you."

"But why do I still feel empty?"

The night wind blew gently, carrying ash from the thousands of Nartagia she had destroyed.

But there was no answer to her question.

What remained was only the silence of night and the black fire that continued burning in her soul, waiting for the next prey that dared harm those she loved.
