"In the late 1980s, Wrayhaven was really very poor. The town was okay, but those villages below had hardly any decent schools. At that time, we just brought some cement, paint, and waterproof cloth from the city, found a place in the village, roughly plastered a cement wall and painted it black, and that was the blackboard."
Quentin Thorne described, gesturing with his hands to indicate a circle a few centimeters in diameter: "Then we used bamboo this thick to set it up, covered it with waterproof cloth, and that became a classroom. Back then, I volunteered as a teacher in Linton Village for a total of three years."
