Backstage, there were many artists gathered talking, including some of the older generation, and plenty of skilled actors.
When their group went over, one of the directors on the other side saw them—it was Director Jiang, a very famous director whose production also won an award tonight.
"Ian, over here."
Upon hearing the voice, Ian Lee turned his head to see them and then changed direction to walk towards them.
"Director Jiang."
"Ian, not bad, your team was the highlight tonight. You wouldn't believe it, several directors just commented that the script you made this year is truly outstanding—no wonder it won several awards."
The two directors had known each other for a long time and had even co-directed a movie, so they were quite familiar with each other, speaking without much restraint, saying whatever came to mind.
Ian Lee: "You're not bad either, don't go on insulting me all the time."
As the two were chatting, Director Jiang suddenly called out Jensen Sterling.
