Jensen Sterling was writing couplets while Simon Sutton stood beside him watching, then he nodded slightly.
Mia Sutton and Ashley Vance went over to see that Jensen had already written half of the couplets, placed side by side with the ones Simon had written earlier, with the ink on them still wet.
The two sets of couplets placed together were entirely different styles. Simon's writing felt more restrained, while Jensen's strokes were sharper.
But regardless of the style, both writers had strong skills.
Simon, seeing Ashley approach, moved to her side, standing on one side of the table, and said, "Julian's handwriting is really impressive."
Ashley glanced up at him and said, "Mia just said you were exploiting labor here."
Upon hearing this, Mia immediately widened her eyes in disbelief, looking at her dear mother, her mouth opened a bit: "Mom, you sold me out."
Jensen, who was writing couplets, lowered his eyes, a faint smile in them.
His Mia... how could she be so lovable?
