Cameron Grant's car pulled into the community, dropped off the items, and then tactfully left.
Although it was snowing today, the weather wasn't too cold. Mia Sutton wore a white down jacket, a large one that made her look very slim. Next to Jensen Sterling's tall frame, Mia appeared even smaller.
Mia looked at the extra items and blinked twice, "Mr. Sterling, these things are..." because of the weather, her breath turned into white mist as she spoke.
Jensen: "I prepared them." It wouldn't do for the little girl to prepare everything for New Year's at home.
Mia responded with an "oh" and then bent down to pick up the items. Just as she straightened up and saw Jensen, she paused mid-motion, stood there dazed, and opened her mouth, "Mr. Sterling, what are you doing?"
Jensen paused in his action of straightening his collar, slowly let his hand down, lightly cleared his throat, and calmly said, "Nothing. Let's go."
