Chapter 9: Rescuing Ethan! Tony Stark!

Boom—!

As the two spoke, the next moment the cave entrance was blown open, and several Terrorists outside were directly blasted away. The two exchanged a look, falling silent instantly. Ethan slowly stood up and walked towards the entrance. Tony Stark immediately spoke, seeing this:

"Ethan, what are you doing! Don't go out, I'm almost ready, we can leave here directly in a bit!"

"No, Tony! The commotion just now has already attracted their attention, they'll be here very soon. I'll draw them away, you must live!"

"No! Ethan! No! Come back!"

Watching Ethan's departing back, Tony Stark painfully called his name. Ethan was going to attract Fire for him at this moment. The probability of him surviving was almost Zero, which meant Ethan was going to his Death! For him to live!

"You bastards, come and catch me! I'm here! Come on! Da da da—!"

After leaving the cave, Ethan stood at a fork in a passage, holding a rifle and shooting forward, while continuously shouting towards the passage to attract them to catch him! Soon, the Terrorists who heard the commotion immediately chased in the direction Ethan fled, but what greeted them were bullets.

No matter what, Ethan was holding a weapon. Even if he shot wildly, he could kill a few. The Terrorists who were hit by bullets were almost ignored, the others continued to chase in Ethan's direction. However, a few people rushed towards Tony Stark's position.

Tony Stark watched the data program transmitting on the computer until it reached 100%. Tony Stark immediately pulled down his mask and controlled the Iron Man Armor to walk out step by step, just encountering the Terrorists who came looking for him, seeing a sudden appearance of an iron lump.

The few Terrorists did not hesitate at all, directly opening fire. The bullets hitting the Iron Man Armor caused no damage, only making a clinking sound with no other effect. Tony Stark controlled the Armor to come before them, knocking them flying with one punch each.

Regardless of whether they lived or died, he immediately headed in Ethan's direction. Because he was controlling the Armor, he couldn't run, he could only rush towards Ethan's direction at the fastest speed!

On the other side, Ethan's situation was not good. Most of the Terrorists were attracted by him. They were fighting in the narrow passage, and continuous shooting had left him with no bullets. Once the Terrorists rushed in, he would be a lamb to the slaughter.

After a while, the Terrorists noticed that no gunshots were coming from the other side. One of the leaders ordered two subordinates next to him to go in and see what was happening! The two, holding weapons, tremblingly entered the passage. After seeing that the other side wasn't shooting, the leader understood.

The other side must have run out of bullets. He waved his hand to everyone, and they all started moving into the passage. Ethan listened to the approaching footsteps, his expression desperate yet with a hint of nonchalance. Perhaps for him, Death was a release.

Boom—!

One of the Terrorists discovered Ethan hiding around the corner nearby and rushed out, firing wildly at Ethan. Just as Ethan was also preparing to accept the bullets entering his body, awaiting the arrival of Death, he felt no abnormality in his body.

Instead, all the Terrorists looked at the bullets floating in the air in front of Ethan with horrified faces. Ethan also looked at this scene with a bewildered expression. The next second, all the bullets returned the way they came, and all the Terrorists who entered the passage were hit in the head by bullets and died.

"Dr. Ethan, hello, can you take me to Tony Stark?"

"You... who are you?"

"Me? You don't need to know who I am, you just need to know that I'm here to save you, perhaps you should take me to Tony Stark now."

"Okay! Let's... let's go, I'll take you now!"

The one who acted was naturally Jiang Bai, who had arrived in the cave just in time for Ethan's moment of Death, and saved him with a flick of his hand! He then slowly spoke to Ethan, who looked at the person in the silver-White Armor before him with an incredulous expression.

After learning that the other party came to save Tony, he hesitated for a moment before taking him towards Tony Stark's location! After all, if the other party truly intended to harm Tony, there would be no need to save him. Thinking of Tony's wealthy status, he understood that it might be to gain Tony's favor or to get something from Tony.

After leaving the passage, the two quickly arrived at Tony Stark's location. At this moment, he had already engaged in Fire with the subordinates led by the Terrorist leader. The bald leader even pulled out a Rocket launcher and pulled the trigger in Tony Stark's direction!

Boom—!

As the trigger was pulled, the Rocket immediately rushed towards Tony Stark. Seeing this, Jiang Bai did not hesitate, directly taking action, freezing all the bullets and Rockets in the air, and controlling the Rocket to fly out towards the outside of the cave.

All the bullets returned the way they came, killing all the Terrorists, including the bald leader! At this moment, Tony Stark also noticed Jiang Bai, who had acted, and Ethan next to him.

"Oh God! Are you alright, Ethan!"

"I'm fine, this gentleman saved me. He said he came to save you, so I brought him here!"

"Oh? Are you from the Military or the government?"

"No, I saved you, you owe me a favor, understand?"

"OK!"

Tony Stark looked at Ethan with pleasant surprise. If Ethan had died because of him, he might have felt guilty for a lifetime! Based on Ethan's introduction, he then turned his gaze to the person in the silver-White Armor before him, speaking to Jiang Bai in a deep voice.

Jiang Bai coldly spoke regarding Tony Stark's misunderstanding. Listening to the other party's tone, it seemed he was somewhat displeased because the Military and government were late in rescuing him. But he did not belong to the Military or the government, nor would he humor Tony Stark!

After speaking, he took the lead, manipulating metal with magnetism to eliminate all enemies outside the cave. Tony Stark was very surprised to see the other party controlling metal while wearing the Armor. This Armor alone astonished him; he hadn't expected someone to have created one even earlier than him.

"Wait a moment, I want to destroy these weapons!"

"Okay, we'll wait for you outside the valley!"

Seeing Tony Stark wanting to destroy these weapons, Jiang Bai nodded and took Ethan towards the outside of the valley. After the two left the valley, Tony Stark used his Iron Man Armor's flamethrower to continuously heat these missiles and weapons. After reaching a certain temperature, the missiles were about to explode!
