Lucas?!
Harmonica's heart skipped a beat at the mention of his name. The man she had tried so hard to forget was her son's lifeline.
The same son he had called a bastard five years ago.
''No.'' She affirmed. ''Take this off my son, we are leaving this place.'' Harmonica ordered, gesturing to the oxygen mask that was covering her son's face.
Dr Creed chuckled, staring at her in amazement ''So you would rather your son die than beg his father to give him a transplant?!'' Dr creed asked, staring at her angrily.
''What?!'' Harmonica choked out, staring at him in confusion. How did he know Lucas was her son's father?
''Do you think I am stupid mrs smith?'' Dr creed asked as if he could already sense where her confusion was coming from. ''You come out here bringing the exact replica of a star and you expect me to not put the pieces together? Look, I don't care what problems you two had. What I care about is that boy lying down there and fighting for his life.''
After saying that, he walked out of the room leaving harmonica to her thoughts.
''I'm sorry Jessica.'' Harmonica started, looking towards Zade's nanny who had already calmed down a bit. ''I'm sorry for not telling you about Zade's kidney disease.'' She continued, remorse clouding her feutures.
''It's okay ma'am.'' Jessica said. She actually felt bad for not knowing that zade had kidney disease. She had been his nanny for 3 years. It was a shame that mrs smith didn't trust her enough to tell her. Still, she brushed it off hoping Zade would get better.
As they were talking, Romano barged into the room, breathing harshly. ''Is he okay?'' He said, holding unto harmonica's arm.
''He's fine. They've found a match''
''Well that's good. Why aren't you smiling?'' Romano asked, staring at her confusedly.
''It's Lucas. Lucas kidney matches Zade's'' She said and Romano's smile faltered.
''Call the foreign investors, tell them we are accepting the merger. As for the shareholders, tell them we would be heading to New York City first thing tomorrow.'' She said to him, before going back to caressing Zade's hair.
Romano stared at her with concern but then he reached for this phone, pressed on a number and headed outside.

''Mummy the sky is so beautiful.'' Zade said, resting his hands on the plane's window.
''Ouuu…little Zade knows what a sky is'' Romano teased, scattering Zade's hair with his hands.
Zade wiggled away from his hands, staring at him with annoyance. He looked exactly like his father with that expression.
Harmonica laughed, kissing his cheek.
''Have you prepared the drafts?'' She asked her assistant who nodded. ''Alright. We would be heading straight for stone ltd immediately the plan lands.''
''Okay ma'am.'' Her assistant answered.
They were currently boarding a private plane to New York City so the main shareholders, her assistant, her son, his nanny and Romano were all in it.
An hour later, the plane landed. Harmonica onboarded, breathing the fresh air of New York City. Apart from her mom, she missed nothing about this place.
She crouched down to her son's level, patting his head. ''Be a good boy okay? Uncle romano would be taking you and aunty Jessica to the house. You can play and eat and do whatever you want. Mummy is off to work okay?'' she said, smiling.
''Okay mummy.'' Zade replied, kissing her cheeks before holding unto his nanny's hands and sliding into the back of a Mercedes.
Harmonica watched the car speed up with a smile. She sighed, putting on her CEO face before entering into another car with her assistant.
''To stone ltd'' she relayed to the driver and he nodded, stepping on the brakes.
(STONE LTD)
Lucas fingers drummed against his desk as he stared at his assistant who was pacing around the office anxiously.
''Can you stop? You are making me dizzy.'' He scolded.
''Well.. the CEO from kyro enterprises is supposed to be here by now. We need to go through the presentations together before the investors arrive.'' Grey said, tapping away at his iPad.
''I think you need a break grey.'' Lucas chuckled, standing up. ''The investors won't be here until…'' He checked his watch ''2 hours from now. Meanwhile, while you were pacing around like a maniac, there was a message sent across that the CEO of kyro enterprises would be in our company any minute from now.''
''Now what you need to do is drop that'' Lucas said, gesturing to grey's iPad. ''And go make sure the boardroom is well set.''
Grey quickly nodded his head. ''Yes sir!''
Minutes later, The boardroom was well set. Lucas and his board members swarmed the room, each taking their respective seat. The rest of the space was left bare for kyro industries CEO and board member.
''See to it that they get here alright.'' Lucas whispered to his assistant and the latter nodded, exiting the boardroom.
''Everyone of you here are to be in your best behavior. No snide remarks. This partnership between kyro industries is our best chance at securing the deal with the investors. Got it?'' He said and the others nodded their head, feeling like a kindergarten that was getting scolded.
''And you..'' he said, pointing to an older man who stared at him in shock.
''M—Me?'' He stuttered, pointing at himself.
''Yes you. No chipping in nonsense.'' Lucas said and the man eyes widened as he bit back a retort.
As Lucas was giving instruction, the door opened and a slender woman walked in, holding an iPad. It was cici—Harmonica's assistant.
Behind her, harmonica walked in too, a pair of black shades resting at the bridge of her nose. She walked up to her company's side of the room and sat at the spot reserved for the CEO.
''Good afternoon everyone.'' Cici started and they all looked in her direction. ''Meet the CEO of kyro industries, Harmonica smith.'' She continued, gesturing to harmonica.
At the mention of her name, the air in Lucas's lungs froze. He quickly stood up, shock evident in his face as he stared at harmonica who was now taking off her sunglasses.
''Harmonica?!'' He called out.
