Sophia's Luna ceremony,
Amelia's pov.
I have been so busy today because of the luna ceremony. I was appointed by Sophia to join the maids that will prepare and serve the guests when they start arriving. I accepted because I didn't have a choice and I also needed to act cool so my plans won't be discovered by anyone.
I finished dressing all the tables and setting everything needed for the ceremony.
As the time drew closer, I went back to my room to get prepared for the ceremony as many Alpha's from different packs will be present.
It was finally time for the ceremony and everyone else was present. The whole place was crowded as different Alpha's and Luna's greeted each other.
I just stood by the side watching the whole scene because I wasn't allowed to enter the hall except when it was time for me to give them my blessing. I didn't know why they actually wanted it because it was meaningless to them.
The ceremony officially started as Theodore and Sophia walked up to the stage and started addressing everyone. The pack elders started the rituals, then Theodore and Sophia said their oath to love and protect the pack. After the blood oath, different Alpha's and Luna's came up to give their blessing. It was finally time for me to fully bless their union as the pack elder called me up. I took a deep breath before making my way to the stage, then stood in front of them.
" I, Amelia Fairfax, rejected mate of Alpha Theodore Lancaster, give you both my blessings and promise never to have any impure motives towards the Alpha and also not to interfere with your bond." I said as I cut my palm and did the blood oath. Sophia smiled with satisfaction and thanked me for giving them their happiness. I gave them a light nod and left the hall while the ceremony continued. I went back to my room and carried the things I needed most before leaving the room and making my way out of the park house using the back door.
I ran as fast as my legs could carry me so I would be able to reach the border before I was discovered.
I finally made it there, I turned my back and looked at the pack one last time. " I, Amelia Fairfax, break all the bonds with the Bloodmoon pack and officially declare myself a rogue." I heard painful howls from the pack. I knew they would discover me, so I continued running again.
I finally stopped by a cliff to catch my breath when I heard laughter from behind me.
" Oh sis, you made the right choice by leaving the pack. This is the first time you have acted so sensible," Sophia said. " what do you want from me sophia" i asked her.
" Nothing, i just want to see how pathetic you look, i also want to make sure that you would never find your way back to Bloodmoon pack" sophia said as her claws and fangs came out.
" I already left sophia, please don't do anything stupid" i tired pleading with her. She suddenly started laughing. " I shouldn't do anything stupid? Of course i won't, i just want to make sure you die out here Amelia" sophia said as she started closing in. I looked at the water under me and then at sophia. I would rather fall into that water, than getting killed by sophia.
" Sophia, you will regret everything you have done to me, you will pay for all of them sophia" i said to her before jumping down into the water.
Third person pov;
" Where the fuck is she!?" Theodore asked angrily, the whole pack was looking for Amelia. "We don't know Alpha, we have checked every room and everywhere in this pack but we couldn't find Amelia" one of the pack warriors replied. " Amelia, why are you acting so unreasonable, come back now and reclaim the pack and i will consider giving you a light punishment" Theodore said to himself before one of the pack members announced sophia's presence.
" Alpha, we have seen the Luna" the announced. Theodore and other pack members went to meet her.
She was kneeling on the floor in tears, then she stood up and hugged Theodore.
" Theodore, i am so sorry that i caused all this, i made Amelia to leave and i still couldn't bring her back" sophia said sobbing. " This is non of your fault sophia, you are a victim too so stop blaming yourself." Theodore said comforting her.
" so did you see her, i mean Amelia did you see her?" Theodore asked holding sophia at arm lenght, when sophia started crying again.
" What happened out their sophia, why are you crying" Theodore asked nervously.
" I am so sorry Theodore, but Amelia is dead, my sister is dead because of my reckless decision" Sophia said sobbing hardly.
" I ran into woods immediately i found out she was gone and kept pursing her, i finally caught up with her and kept apologizing that i didn't mean to do it and she should come back with us, but she refused Theodore, she even stabbed me in the processTheodore. She said she will rather die than stay in the pack as me as her Luna so she jumped the cliff Theodore, i am so sorry, i wished i was fast enough, i would have caught her" sophia said holding unto Theodore.
" How could Amelia be this ruthless, she even stabbed you!" Theodore said angrily. " I don't blame her for itTheodore, she didn't do it on purpose and i forgive her. And she also said she hated everyone in the pack and wished us death, but i believed she said it out of anger Theodore" sophia said as she looked up at theodore with teary eyes. Theodore held her so affectionately and wiped her tears.
" Why are you so good sophia?, you are even defending her after she tired to kill you. Maybe that is why the moon goddess didn't grant her a wolf cause she knew that Amelia would be heartless." Theodore said stroking sophia's cheeks.
"Ah!, Theodore, i am in pains" sophia said holding Theodore before she fainted.
" Beta Kingston call the pack doctor Immediately." Theodore said as he lifted sophia in his arms and started walking towards the pack hospital.
Unknown Pov;
" Elara, any news about them?" an unknown figure asked.
" Yes my lord,i heard the wolfless female died after she jumped from the cliff. And also, Theodore has made her adopted sister his Luna." Elara said to him.
" That's very good, he is slowly falling into our trap. That Alpha really has a poor taste in women." The figure said smiling.
" My lord, we just have to remove that Luna and make his pack weak before we start our attack" Elara said. " You know why i like you, you always bring good news and make me happy Elara" the figure smiled as he stroked her cheeks and kissed her. " You are so beautiful and wise Elara, After taking down the blood moon pack, i will face that useless cousin of mine." The figure said with a smirk forming on his lips as he stared into the distance.
" Thank you my lord, i will do my best to make sure Theodore and your cousin suffer and bow to you." Elara said.
