The sun shines bright as Valera opens her eyes, lying down near the sea as the waves rise and fall, all covered in sand
"what happe-- where am.i..?" as she suddenly raises her head, uncertain of her situation. Then with the sudden gust of wind she begins to remember,
she instantly rises on one knee and in utter confusion, utters "the storm? the ship? what happened?",
in the light of the glazing sun she noticed two men north and south of her, swiftly arising from the sand
it takes a moment but, once the dusty wind clears, she recognizes the two men to be the knights appointed by the king to accompany her voyage Sir Garric and Sir Brigid
"It appears that we! we were washed ashore of the coast. My commander" Sir Garric said while catching his breath
"Are you okay commander?" Sir Brigid asked
"yes"
"I hate to say it but, it looks like Sir Garric's assessment is true" Sir Brigid said while dusting his clothes.
"Look for other's who might also have seen the storm's mercy."
While grasping for air she states in a cautious tone "there are no sandy coast in any territory of Thornhill which could mean that we are in serious trouble".
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND?" in a commanding tone.
"YES, COMMANDER!" they both said in unison.
On searching around, they found both of the royal knight who were with them on the ship, Lady Lyna Bronze lying unconscious and Sir Elric Stormhart who had already Assessed the situation looking around.
Lady Lyna winced, clutching her head as consciousness slowly returned.
"OH! you are alive, nice we won't have to waste time digging"
"Thank god! you are ok" Sir Elric says in a relieving and joyful tone while helping her stand, while Sir Garric and Sir Brigid stood in the background with a sense of joy and relief.
"It's a miracle that we all 5 of us didn't drown but, we washed ashore and that's where our luck ends, my best guess is that we are in Noctvarn
and it isn't in the best of interest to be stranded in a hostile nation without any support,
so, get yourself together. we need to move" she said in a sarcastic way.
"Wait, how do you know that that this is the coast of Noctvarn?",
"sweety, we had left waters of Thornhill by the time the storm had began and there are no sandy coasts in Thornhill, so if you want to keep your head then, follow me"
"COME ON!" Valera replied in a playful tone.
