Tarou Sayama finally managed to access the hangar housing his personal Mobile Suit, aided by the protective fire of his dedicated guards. These guards, equipped with both standard rifles and heavy weaponry such as rocket launchers, presented a significant obstacle, preventing the rapid advance of the Antares Mercenaries.

Once inside the hangar, Tarou's attention was immediately drawn to the Mobile Suit provided by the enigmatic organization. The MS, standing at a height of 18 meters, was finished in a matte black color, and its design was reminiscent of a vengeful spirit. Shoulder-mounted weapon emplacements, a Beam Rifle held in its right hand, a large shield affixed to its left arm, and a naginata stored on its back completed the machine's menacing silhouette. Tarou recalled the organization's designation for the unit: Ghost Night.

He approached the MS and entered the cockpit, inputting a secure access code via the onboard console. The Ghost Night's twin optical sensors, resembling crimson beads, lit up, signaling operational status. The MS was now active, responding to Tarou's commands as he configured the controls to his specifications.

Let's see if what you said about the Ghost Night is real.

"Before inheriting leadership of the Pirate Group from my father, I served as a Mobile Suit pilot within a special operations division of a sovereign nation. Following my succession, I even led boarding actions alongside my comrades. So, let's determine whether this Ghost Night performs as advertised."

Just then, a breach appeared in the hangar door as countless Mercenaries swarmed into the space. The personal guards had finally succumbed to the relentless assault.

However, the hangar's deployment systems had already initiated. The launch bay above the Ghost Night had opened, and the catapult system engaged, propelling the MS into the wider combat theater.

"Calling Control Room, calling Control Room, the Sea Wolf Pirate Group has deployed an MS that was not in our data."

Captain Feikesi received the report from the shock trooper and immediately notified all MS pilots to be aware that the enemy had deployed an unknown MS.

"Unknown MS of the Pirates detected. Commence attack."

Several GM MS launched an attack on the Ghost Night MS.

The Ghost Night MS precisely dodged the Beam fired by the GM MS.

Tarou Sayama skillfully maneuvered the Ghost Night MS, perfectly dodging the continuous Beams aimed at him, and even counterattacked the moment he scattered, shooting down a GM MS with one shot.

He continuously shot down several GM MS that hadn't even had time to raise their shields.

"That MS is too strong! We can't engage it head-on. Immediately call the Gundams for support."

The remaining GM MS near the Ghost Night actively avoided the Ghost Night.

"When you were killing my subordinates earlier, you were so joyful. Now that I'm here, you want to run away? No way."

Tarou Sayama maneuvered the Ghost Night towards a target, switching his Beam Rifle for the long-handled Naginata, and cleaved down the target GM MS with one strike.

Although the GM MS immediately switched to a Beam Saber to block, unfortunately, the GM MS's output was inferior to the Ghost Night's output.

Within a few seconds, the MS's arm holding the Beam Saber exploded due to exceeding its output limit.

The long-handled Naginata sliced through, splitting the GM MS in half, and then the two halves of the GM MS exploded.

The Ghost Night MS's appearance continuously destroyed many GM MS, and the morale of the Sea Wolf Pirate Group, which had almost fallen to rock bottom, suddenly surged.

Tarou Sayama was very satisfied with the performance of the Ghost Night MS; it was the best MS he had ever piloted.

Suddenly, an alarm sounded from the cockpit. Tarou Sayama pulled the control stick to the side, and a particle cannon shot grazed the side of the Ghost Night's fuselage.

Tarou Sayama looked in the direction from which the particle cannon was fired.

Hayato piloted his FA-78 Full Armor Thunderbolt Gundam and charged towards the Ghost Night MS.

"This must be the Sea Wolf Pirate Group's ace, right? Then I'll see how strong your ace is."

The Ghost Night's twin-barreled Beam Cannon on its left shoulder fired, and the FA-78 Full Armor Thunderbolt Gundam's wrist-mounted twin Beam Rifle also fired simultaneously.

The two Beams collided.

"What?! That MS's Beam output is even higher than mine?" Hayato exclaimed in surprise. The alarm sounded, and Hayato pulled the control stick to the side, making the FA-78 Full Armor Thunderbolt Gundam dodge.

The Ghost Night's twin-barreled Beam Cannon grazed past the FA-78 Full Armor Thunderbolt Gundam.

Then the Ghost Night's particle cannon on its right shoulder fired, and the FA-78 Full Armor Thunderbolt Gundam's particle cannon on its right shoulder fired simultaneously.

The two particle cannons collided, and this time, neither side could suppress the other.

Hayato pressed the Beam Saber button.

The two Mobile Suits immediately engaged in close-quarters combat, their Beam Sabers and the physical long-handled Naginata clashing in a whirlwind of sparks and energy.

"One loss, one draw, one win. It seems my Gundam's output is stronger than yours." Hayato gripped the control stick and pushed the joystick, sending the Thunderbolt Gundam into a flurry of attacks.

Tarou Sayama listened to the alarm sounding from the cockpit. The screen displayed the Ghost Night's current status, highlighting damage sustained from the previous exchange. The Ghost Night immediately pushed back, creating distance, and then fired its shoulder-mounted weapons.

The Thunderbolt Gundam, piloted by Hayato, dodged the opponent's shots with practiced ease, weaving through the incoming fire.

An alarm sounded again in Tarou Sayama's cockpit; his unit was now locked onto by another Mobile Suit.

The Ghost Night flew upwards in a swift maneuver, narrowly avoiding two Beams that shot past below its feet.

Tarou Sayama looked at the screen on the right side and saw two more Gundams arriving, their forms unmistakable even amidst the chaos of battle.

Reika and Sakura piloted their Gundams to the scene, flanking the Ghost Night and further complicating Tarou's predicament.

Tarou Sayama assessed the unfavorable situation; the opponent was preparing for a three-on-one Duel, a prospect that significantly reduced his chances of survival.

Tarou Sayama opened the public channel, his voice laced with a mixture of frustration and defiance.

"I thought you were so strong. Turns out you're just a bunch of cowards who bully the weak with numbers."

"Stop wasting your breath. Do you think this is a one-on-one Duel of ancient chivalry?" Reika said with disdain, her voice sharp and dismissive.

"On the battlefield, there is only victory and defeat, understand? Mr. Pirate." Sakura said playfully, her tone light but her intentions clear.

"No need to waste words with him. Let's all go." Hayato led the charge, his Thunderbolt Gundam surging forward, Beam Saber at the ready.

"Damn it."

If it were a one-on-one engagement, Tarou Sayama was confident he could secure a victory against the Thunderbolt Gundam, but now it was three-on-one, a situation he couldn't easily overcome. Tarou Sayama was under immense pressure and dared not make any mistakes, knowing that a single misstep could be a point of no return.

"What are you doing? Quickly help me block two of them!" Tarou Sayama used the public channel to command his subordinates.

While Tarou Sayama's initial appearance did boost his subordinates' morale, seeing their boss surrounded by three Gundams, their morale plummeted back to rock bottom.

Not a single Pirate MS dared to go help their boss.

Because their leader faced three Gundams, he could only dodge and had no ability to launch any offensive maneuvers.

The Ghost Night blocked from the front but was attacked from the rear. The Ghost Night dared not stop for a moment and had to dodge immediately.

The Ghost Night could only desperately evade. The twin-barreled weapon on its left shoulder was useless, and the long-handled weapon was broken.

"Damn it, if this continues, they'll finish me off." Tarou Sayama was extremely anxious.

Hayato, sensing his opponent's increasing desperation, pressed his advantage. The Thunderbolt Gundam unleashed a barrage of Beam Saber attacks, each strike aimed with precision and intent.

Reika and Sakura, flanking from either side, added to the pressure, their Beam Rifles firing in coordinated bursts, limiting the Ghost Night's movements.

The Ghost Night, battered and bruised, struggled to maintain its defenses. Each passing moment brought it closer to its breaking point, as the three Gundams closed in for the final blow.

Just then, the in-cockpit communication system activated, displaying a video feed that took over the screen. The image was indistinct, showing only a vague silhouette.

"Mr. Sayama, you appear to be encountering some difficulty."

"Are you here to make fun of me?" Tarou's voice was laced with suspicion.

"Certainly not. Mr. Sayama, you are a valued associate. Such behavior would be inappropriate. It's merely that a detail of some importance slipped my mind."

"Then state it quickly, or there will be no opportunity."

"To the right of the right-hand control stick, you will find a red button. Activating it will enhance the Ghost Night's capabilities."

"Why was I not informed of this sooner?"

"I apologize for the omission. However, there is a caveat: the button's effect lasts for three minutes only. Once that duration is over, a fifteen-minute cooldown is required before it can be used again."

"Understood."

"It is our hope that Mr. Sayama remembers the imperative: the elimination of at least one Gundam unit."

"Then you should pray for my victory."

With that, the video feed ended, returning the screen to its standard display.

Without hesitation, pressed the red button.
