After he won the chunin exams, there weren't really any special ceremonies, at most what could be considered a ceremony was when Hiruzen made a speech after the exam.
"Congratulations to all of the genins who participated in the Chunin exams, it's because of talented ninjas like you, who ensure the future peace of the village.
This truly makes me proud, the decision of the people who will become chunins will be decided in the next week, so you can expect a response from the hokage building in the upcoming week.
But I know that you have worked hard to be here today, and I'm sure there are people waiting to celebrate your achievements with you,so I won't keep you here for longer.

After his speech the crowd cheered after Hiruzen ended his speech.
And a satisfied smile could be seen on his face.
Though Yujiro was smiling eagerly at Hiruzen's speech, he wasn't paying any attention to it in reality.
What he was focused on was the betting station in front of the stadium.
So immediately after Hiruzen's speech ended, Yujiro immediately flickered there, and as he had expected he could see his Hiramasu sensei standing in the line to the betting station.
So to see how much he made, he stood behind the crowd waiting to see the amount.
After waiting for 20 minutes Hiramasu's turn finally came, and when the bookkeeper saw how much Hiramasu betted, his eyes popped out.
It took the next 5 minutes for 2 people to calculate the correct amount of money and when the bookkeeper tremblingly handed over the money.
All of the people around who were paying attention, had their eyes pop out of their sockets, only Hiramasu remained calm, a wide bright smile spreading around his face.
So when Yujiro saw that amount his thoughts ran wild.
'Almost 200 million! This damn old man, he bet almost 130 million on me!
Was he really going to dump me with over 135 million ryo of debt?'
When Yujiro thought of such a thing he had an urge to go demand the loan to be waved of free of charges, but he held back.
Just wait, I will make you cough up all of the money you bet on me, one way or another.
But after a moment he got an idea where to start, so in a hurry he dragged out both Mujin and Hyori, while he went to inform couple of other people.
And when Mujin and Hyori heard his plan, they agreed to cooperate immediately, as such they too sent shadow clones to inform other people.
So when Hiramasu saw his team towards him, although he felt that something was wrong, he didn't think much of it.
So when they came closer they greeted each other.
"Hi sensei" x 3
" Mujin, Hyori, Yujiro.
Whats going on?
You don't usually come to me together, so what's going on?"
When the trio heard this question they didn't react but acted normal as Hyori answered.
"Sensei, Yujiro told us that you won a lot of money. And we are going to Yakiniku Q to celebrate, and since you won that much money, you should be able to pay for it right"
Though Hiramasu felt a trace of malice in Hyori's sentence, he didn't think much of it and only thought of her thinking of taking advantage of him paying to eat without restraint.
So in the end he agreed to pay for them.
But when they reached Yakiniku Q, and Hiramasu saw the people there he knew that he had been tricked, and could not help but complain in his thoughts.
'How many people did you call over for this celebration?
And was this the reason you wanted me to pay?'
When Hiramasu turned to judge the trio's expression, all he could see was innocent smiles.
'I knew it, those brats definitely orchestrated this when they realized how much money I made.'
In the end he sighed.
'Lets hope that this "celebration doesn't eat away all of my winnings.'
When the trio managed to trap Hiramasu into the restaurant, they finally started to actually celebrate their success in the chunin exams.
As for the chance of not becoming chunin, they didn't think that that was probable.
So they started chatting with their friends.
Hyori was chatting with two girls, one from the Kurama clan while the other was Kiomi Hyuga, a common friend between the trio.
While the other girl was a private friend of Hyori.
Mujin and Yujiro on the other hand were talking with Nara Shinsi, Akimichi Chozi, Yamanaka Kyosi and Teru Hyuga and Senju Raji.
The people here apart from Hyori's friend from the Kurama clan, were all the people who maintained and trained with Yujiro from time to time.
As for the people who Yujiro befriended in his time at the Hyuga clan's private training, and in his time in the academy, the reason they weren't here was different from person to person.
After all Yujiro befriended and made many acquaintances in the past, but the reason he didn't have that many friends anymore, was because along the way, their values started to diverge.
Yujiro sought strength with all his might, and had constantly been training for years.
And while some tried to emulate him and eventually failed.
Some tried to drag him down to their level.
At that point Yujiro realized that many people can't keep up with him.
And instead of trying to pull themselves up, they try to drag others to their levels, so at that point Yujiro cut down those friendships, and only remained friends with those who worked as hard as him and those who could keep their training lives separate from their friendships.
The Ino-Shika-Cho trio that he befriended belonged to the latter group, while Hyuga Kiomi, Teru and Senju Raji, belonged to the first group.
As for his teammates in team Hiramasu, that was a whole separate matter.
