Candro says:
"Skyward Society, after two million years, I've come again... but this time, a lot stronger. The only question that remains is... will you all be able to confront me?"
In the Skyward Society, the remaining Elders are looking at the nightmare summoning — which Candro awakened.
In the grand hall of the society, Mika is anxious when she asks Naoya:
"Can we do something about it?"
He hesitantly replies:
"I think we can..."
She asks:
"H-How?"
Jirou opens the door and says:
"Hurry up, Naoya!"
Naoya nods and walks off after saying:
"Stay here, Mika!"
Jirou and Naoya teleport to a cliff — where the maids have prepared large scrolls in one line. Jirou stands back while asking:
"Will these work?"
Naoya looks at the moon approaching and then at the scrolls. He closes his eyes and says to a girl standing with the maids — his student:
"I'm afraid the sealing rolls won't work here, Quarim!"
Quarim gasps and looks down:
"I'm sorry, Sensei!"
Naoya smiles and says:
"Don't worry, let me check what I can do here."
On the rooftop, Miyako says to Aya:
"Look, Jirou and Naoya are there."
Aya replies:
"Don't interfere. Let them handle it."
Miyako says:
"Of course, I won't. It's not considered polite anyway."
In Koto's room, Gibelnelle appears and says:
"Miss!"
Koto is half-asleep as she asks:
"Why don't you open the curtains for me? I have no energy left at all."
Gibelnelle nods and opens the curtains when Koto asks her:
"Is there anyone on the spot?"
Gibelnelle says:
"Master Naoya and Master Jirou are there."
Koto keeps a pillow on her head and says:
"Alright! Then the work is already done... You can leave now and thanks for the help."
Back on the cliff, Naoya takes a deep breath and sits down. He closes his eyes and three ribbons appear behind him, shining in different colors — black, gray, and green.
A flower forms on the ground and all the scrolls start floating in the air. They automatically open and slowly spin around him. Some marks appear on his face as he says:
"From all the upper realms, I command energies beyond comprehension."
A green light strikes the flower pattern from the sky and it starts to form branches.
The energy covers him, releasing immense pressure from his body. The sky turns green, and as Quarim looks at it, her eyes shine:
"B-beautiful, Sensei... Exceptional as always."
Miyako sighs while looking at the torn sky turned green:
"I mean we're talking about him. He is something else."
Candro senses the presence and says:
"Is that you? Fumihiro Naoya?"
Naoya opens his eyes — his pupils separated. Jirou stands behind Naoya and says to himself:
"Is this a persistent pupillary membrane? THE FORBIDDEN TECHNIQUE?"
Naoya stands up, smiles, and looks at Quarim:
"Mind if I ask you to stand a little behind?"
Quarim moves back. Naoya clears his throat and says:
"Roll 1, Section 2: REVERSAL... REDUX!"
The fabric of space tears apart, through which a giant hand comes out — which is covered in tons of energies, glowing with a mix of every color.
Quarim shivers and says:
"I feel so cold."
Jirou says:
"Is this the hand of an upper entity?"
The hand grabs the moon and moves it backward, then disappears instantly. The fabric of space closes and the sky comes back to its normal state — so do the tidal forces.
As the roll technique comes to an end, Naoya coughs as he is about to fall. Jirou and Quarim hold him in an instant and ask:
"Are you okay?"
Naoya smiles and says:
"I am... it's just that I never spoke loudly before, so my vocal cords aren't used to it."
Jirou calmly says:
"What you did is admirable, Sensei!"
Naoya gasps and asks:
"Why are you calling me sensei?"
Jirou replies:
"Do you think anyone here can do this? I don't think so."
Naoya stands up and says:
"Well, I learned this when I was reading my tenth millionth book almost three centuries ago."
Jirou falls on the ground:
"What the... Tenth millionth book?"
Naoya asks Quarim:
"Are you okay?"
Quarim slowly nods.
Naoya says:
"I told you to always close your eyes as it will affect you but you didn't."
Quarim asks:
"How do you know about it, Sensei?"
Naoya chuckles as he walks and she follows him:
"Hehe, this ability allows its user to look everywhere at the same time. So I could see your reaction."
She looks away and says:
"I'm sorry."
He says:
"Oh, my... I didn't ask you to apologize at all. The more you see, the more you will learn. Anyway, let's go now."
As they both teleport a crown appears for some seconds and floats on his head. Fabeline asks Jirou:
"Are you okay, Jirou-sama?"
Jirou shakes his head:
"I feel excited after seeing what he has done. I must ask how did he stay so composed after all this?"
Fabeline replies:
"Yeah, as far as I know you would go insane after performing such a technique but he is different."
Naoya enters the grand hall with Quarim and sees Mika. She smiles and says in a teasing tone:
"Welcome back, Mister Library!"
Naoya mumbles:
"Now I'll be teased for a long long time."
Mika says to one of the maids standing there:
"Sasha, please bring us some coffee."
Sasha nods and replies:
"Sure, Miss!"
Everything is normal in the Euralups again, Candro closes his eyes and starts walking:
"There's no time left behind. I came here to fight the strongest looks like the strongest one after Nagare Ishi is Fumihiro Naoya."
Shikiya says:
"Where do you think you're going, Astryn number one?"
Candro stops and sees her, Daigo, and Itsuro surrounding him. Daigo says:
"Do you think we would let you go for Naoya so easily?"
Itsuro says:
"For that, you must take down all three of us."
They quickly move saying at the same time:
"Shining Strand!"
The three glowing ropes trap Candro and tightly hold him. Candro looks at them and says:
"I see. So he healed the three of you indirectly."
Shikiya replies:
"Hmph! You're missing one key detail, because he did one more thing, besides healing us."
Itsuro says:
"The key detail is that, the crown must have appeared on Naoya's head for some seconds, and if it did appear..."
Daigo continues:
"Then count backward because all the limitations placed on us are permanently removed."
Candro calmly says:
"I see, in that case..."
He breaks through all three shining strands holding him and says:
"After hearing your restraint is now gone, I must take you all as worthy opponents, but I'm interested in knowing why you all were restrained before?"
Shikiya grins and says:
"Every single one of us took an oath to fight with restraint — because our tenth elder, Nagare Ishi, was here. He made victory very easy for us."
"Now that he's not one of us anymore, the oath doesn't exist at all. The one who placed this restraint on us was Naoya millions of years ago and he is the one who has finally removed it."
Daigo says to Candro:
"Let us show you why we stand on top of the cosmic hierarchy in powerscale."
In order to attack separately, the three of them disappear. Shikiya appears and kicks him in his chest:
"No weapons. Because you're not holding any either."
Itsuro grabs his collar and throws him down. Daigo teleports on the ground and punches him in his face.
All three of them say at the same time:
"Subject No. 78: VOID CURTAIN FALL!"
Darkness surrounds Candro — he doesn't know who is attacking him or from where it is coming.
One of them holds his hand, throws him away, and the other either kicks or punches.
Candro says to himself:
"Their power has increased infinitely."
He moves his finger and says:
"Subject No. 52: Electric Waves!"
Electric waves appear within the void which make him see a little bit for a few seconds.
He sees Shikiya and tries to attack her, but she grins as she crouches and kicks him in his chin.
He sees Itsuro standing in front, who punches him in the gut and throws him away.
The void disappears as Candro sees all three of them standing — they were joking. As he gets kicked and punched, Daigo says:
"I sure feel a lot more powerful than before. Oh! Looks like the void is gone."
He teleports, wiping blood from his mouth, and says:
"These small attacks won't do much to me."
Itsuro says:
"You sure...?"
As soon as he says it, blood spurts out of Candro's body like water from a fountain.
Candro heals his body and thinks:
"You have finally entered Aeonic Dusk, haven't you? Brother? Now it's time for me to keep them busy for a little while longer."
Candro calmly says to the three of them:
"Very well, now I must respond with infinite strength too."

A portal opens in Aeonic Dusk, through which another Astryn enters, wearing a white cloak with black lines over it.
His black-red hair moves because of the wind, and his golden eyes show unimaginable excitement.
The number zero, written on the right side of his cloak, shines. He maintains his sinister grin while looking at the city beneath his feet — Yokohama.
