Chapter 14 - Chapter 14 : Mansion Phase

The first light of morning spilled through the tall windows of Kael's mansion, the kind of sunlight that made the marble floors glow faintly. He stirred awake, glancing at the ceiling for a moment before sitting up.

The place was still strange to him. Even after a week, the vast bedroom, the endless silence, and the polished furniture felt more like a luxury hotel than a home. Still, it was his—and that was enough.

Downstairs, his Lamborghini Veneno waited in the underground garage, catching the light like a predator at rest. Kael ran a hand along its sharp frame before stepping inside. The engine roared to life, low and deep, as he steered out onto the private road.

Radiance Entertainment was alive with motion when Kael arrived. Assistants rushed between rooms, phones rang without pause, and the faint thrum of music leaked from the studios.

Hana greeted him quickly, updating him on production schedules. "The first album's shaping up well. Do you want to sit in today?"

"Not this time," Kael said. His mind was elsewhere. "I'll meet with the senior talent."

She nodded, already guiding him toward the private lounge.

Inside, the three established stars of Radiance—two actor-singers and one dedicated actor—were waiting. They stood respectfully as he entered.

Kael sat with them for half an hour, the discussion sharp but calm. They spoke of projects, discipline, and direction. No wasted words, no empty promises—only future decisions that would shape their careers and Radiance's standing.

When it ended, Kael rose. The three stars bowed deeply, a sign of trust he didn't take lightly.

By afternoon, Kael was at BrewFi's headquarters. The air smelled of roasted beans and fresh pastries, the hum of grinders steady in the background.

Mia and Leo were already waiting with sketches for new café designs.

Kael spread the papers across the table, studying them in silence. He didn't need to debate for long.

"Five million," he said finally. "Use it to expand into other cities. Each branch must have its own theme—local, personal. Not just copy-paste."

Mia's eyes lit up. "That's more than enough to start with. I'll assign the architects right away."

Leo leaned back with his usual grin. "Guess we'll be seeing BrewFi everywhere soon. Should I pitch a karaoke café now or later?"

Kael gave him a flat look. "Later. Much later."

The team laughed, and the meeting moved forward.

That night, Kael returned to his estate. The Veneno was parked like a sculpture in the garage, while the pool shimmered in the garden.

He poured himself a glass of water, not wine, and stood by the terrace overlooking the quiet horizon.

Radiance was moving. BrewFi was growing. Aurelius was no longer just an idea—it was alive.

Still, he knew people needed more than numbers to believe. They needed to feel the weight of Aurelius, to see it with their own eyes.

The thought came naturally: a gathering. Not a press event, but a private party. BrewFi managers, Radiance stars, staff from both sides. Under one roof, under his mansion's lights.

A night to connect, to laugh, to breathe—before the work grew heavier.

Kael set his glass down, the decision firm in his mind.

"Let's show them what Aurelius truly is," he murmured.

And in the stillness of the night, the mansion no longer felt so empty.
