The volcano continued to grow as the ground around it split apart. More Calamity Thunder descended, striking its peak and sending sparks scattering across the dark sky.
Then, with a deafening roar...
BAKOOOOOOOoooooM!!
The volcano erupted!
A colossal column of fire and ash burst into the sky. Molten rock shot in every direction, while a tremendous wave of lava poured down the mountain, sweeping away everything in its path.
The entire royal palace was destroyed in an instant.
Jian Heng's expression immediately grew solemn.
He had already anticipated that this calamity would be more dangerous than the previous ones, but he had never expected something like this!
The mortal servants and palace maids he had gathered outside the palace were still too close to the disaster. Even if they wanted to flee, they simply couldn't run fast enough. Some were stumbling over the uneven ground, while others were frozen in terror as they watched the approaching wall of molten rock.
