"Luciel, be careful!"
Agne Moon's panicked voice echoed through the dead woods. She stood on a withered tree branch, her red eyes wide with fear. "Another beast—coming from your left!"
Luciel didn't even flinch. He turned his head slightly, catching sight of a massive, two-meter spider darting toward him.
"It's fine," he said calmly, waving a hand.
The creature wasn't an enemy—it was one of his own. The red ghost spider had sensed movement and came running, curious to see its master hunt.
Before Agne Moon could breathe a sigh of relief, another shape emerged from the shadows—a giant lizard covered in scales that shimmered with three shifting colors.
Her panic returned in an instant. "There are two of them! Luciel, watch out!"
Luciel just sighed inwardly. The red-haired girl scrambled down the tree in a hurry, branches cracking under her boots, desperate to help.
"Hissss—"
"Screee—"
