I was still in shock, my mind spinning. "Ok… so what you're telling me is that my eyes are powerful… and I have powers too?" I whispered, barely able to form the words.
Somehow, my entire world had just turned upside down. I was still sitting there, frozen, not saying a word.
The man broke the silence. "I'm going to leave now."
I panicked. "Wait! Do you… do you know who told you this?" I blurted out.
He paused, his eyes distant. "His name was Ruko Light, but I don't know what his face looks like. That's all I remember."
"Ruko Light…" I muttered. I had never heard that name before.
He started to step toward the door. "I have to go."
I clenched my fists, still desperate for answers. "Wait! Is there a way I can find out more? More about my powers… about my eyes?"
He looked back at me, his gaze unreadable. "Only time can tell."
And with that, he left.
I sat there in silence, my mind racing. Only time can tell… What does he mean by that?
Questions swirled in my head, and a strange mix of fear and curiosity settled deep in my chest. Somehow, I knew this was only the beginning.
