At the peak of the snow mountain, deep within the ice cave.
Crystal Winslow reluctantly finished reading the last story, her face full of helplessness.
She placed the yellowed scroll down and softly said:
"Respected Snow Maiden..."
Her words were cut off lazily by the Snow Maiden:
"Considering your effort today, I permit you to go down the mountain for a walk."
"Go ahead, the Guardian won't stop you."
"However—"
She changed her tone, carrying a hint of warning, "Don't think about running away."
"The Snow Kingdom is fraught with dangers; without a guide, outsiders can hardly take a step."
"Should you wander carelessly and lose your life... don't blame me for not warning you."
Although Crystal Winslow is human, after spending time together, the Snow Maiden found her pure nature not annoying, which was why she made an exception to remind her.
