Chapter 3 - YGS [3]

[Blue-Eyes White Dragon] Level 8│LIGHT│Dragon│3000 ATK / 2500 DEF

[Description: This legendary dragon is a powerful engine of destruction. Virtually invincible, very few have faced this awesome creature and lived to tell the tale.]

A card identical in size to the one Luya had just revealed appeared in Seto Kaiba's hand.

Kaiba placed the card into the device before him—and this device!

It looked almost exactly like the three Duel Fields in the shop, though the ones in the shop were clearly more advanced than the one Kaiba used in the projection.

A burst of radiant light!

Image and sound emerged together. Hu Tao, Zhongli, and the citizens of Liyue all stared at the screen without blinking, eager to see what was happening.

In Teyvat, anything that could be called a dragon was immensely powerful!

On the screen, the light gradually faded. Everyone's eyes were locked onto the projection, awaiting the next scene.

Then—

A massive dragon, its entire body snow-white, appeared before them.

Its scales shimmered brilliantly, each one as dazzling as a gemstone. Its eyes were a deep azure, radiating majesty, as if they could pierce through everything.

The dragon spread its wings, its gigantic form exuding an aura of supremacy that looked down on the world!

Its roar thundered through the air, as though the entire world trembled before it.

The people of Liyue were awestruck by its overwhelming presence, their hearts stirred by an indescribable sensation.

This white dragon—

It was like a being from myth itself.

In that moment, everyone was lost in the sheer impact, unable to pull themselves free.

Teyvat's technology was far behind.

No televisions, no mobile payments.

For Luya to suddenly broadcast an original anime episode was a shock beyond imagination!

Ordinary people fled even from Hilichurls, let alone such a colossal Blue-Eyes White Dragon… Everyone present focused intently on the screen, waiting to see what would happen next.

Even Zhongli, who had fought in the Archon War, felt his heart quake.

"This creature called the Blue-Eyes White Dragon… It's rather impressive."

"Kinda makes me want to buy it."

"Though… I forgot to bring money."

...

Just as curiosity was at its peak, eager to know what came next—

Luya paused the anime projection.

The gathered citizens of Liyue immediately burst into protest—

"Hey, swindler!!"

"Keep it playing!!"

"Hurry it up!"

Facing the crowd's complaints, Luya smiled and stepped onto the Duel Stage, speaking with a grin:

"Just watching the screen is boring!"

"How about this shopkeeper gives you all… a live demonstration!"

Hearing this, Hu Tao gasped:

"The device in the video looks just like the ones in this shop!"

"Could it be!"

"Can it really summon monsters?!"

The people of Liyue, realizing the similarity between the device in the anime and the ones in Luya's shop, turned their gazes toward him.

Hu Tao's exclamation made even those who hadn't noticed finally catch on.

All eyes fixed on Luya.

He then drew a Blue-Eyes White Dragon from the system's storage, ready to begin the performance.

"Just the anime was enough to drive you wild!"

"So what will you do when you see it in reality?!"

Luya held up the Blue-Eyes White Dragon. The swirling black-and-orange card back glowed faintly, dazzling under the lights.

The dragon on the card's artwork radiated such majesty that even Hu Tao, wielder of a Vision, felt a trace of danger.

Yet that sense of danger swiftly turned into excitement and anticipation!

Looking at Luya's unshakable confidence, Hu Tao truly believed he could summon a monster!!!

If it really worked—

She'd definitely buy thousands of packs!

She could bring them along for exorcisms, and they'd be incredible!

"Just watch this Hall Master scare those evil spirits to death!"

At that moment, Luya, card in hand, stood like a god, seizing the attention of everyone present.

Zhongli studied the card in Luya's hand closely, trying to analyze it—yet, he could glean nothing…

"Rivers shift, but the mountains endure."

"The times… have changed."

Taking a deep breath, Luya slammed the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card with utter confidence into the Summon Zone of the Duel Device.

"Come forth!"

"Blue-Eyes White Dragon!!!"

With a cry that rang with passion, a brilliant light flared—

The massive, snow-white dragon, radiating immense dominance, suddenly materialized before their very eyes.

Luya thought to himself:

"Shouting it out might sound a little cringey, but if I don't, it feels like something's missing…"

"Yeah… that was satisfying."
