Synopsis
They told us stories were harmless. Just movies, novels, comics—escapes from reality. But what if the characters we loved weren’t bound to the page or screen? What if they were real—and dangerous? The SCP Foundation has discovered anomalies that look eerily familiar: a caped hero who bends steel with his bare hands, a masked killer who walks straight out of a slasher film, a talking toy that won’t stay in the box. Each is cataloged, contained… or destroyed. But containment never lasts. These fragments of pop culture slip between worlds, reshaping our reality in their image. And behind every SCP file is a story—a Tale of researchers who come face to face with the impossible, forced to decide whether fiction should be caged… or set free. In this series, your favorite icons are reimagined as SCP anomalies. Each chapter unveils a new file… and the haunting narrative it hides. When fiction bleeds into reality, who gets to write the ending?

Chapter 1 - SCP-001

Item #: SCP-001

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures:

A restricted perimeter (radius ██ km) has been established around SCP-001 under the guise of █████████ military operations. Unauthorized entry is forbidden. Any civilians approaching the zone are to be turned away with extreme prejudice.

Exploration missions are suspended indefinitely following the ██/██/20██ incident. Further incursions are prohibited without unanimous O5 approval.

Information regarding SCP-001's interior or inhabitants is classified Level 5. Partial redactions are in place to prevent memetic contamination.

Description:

SCP-001 is a subterranean complex accessible through a mausoleum-like entrance. Interior dimensions far exceed external measurements, suggesting an extradimensional expansion effect. At least ██ distinct sublevels have been identified, each exhibiting anomalous ecosystems and artificial architecture.

Hostile entities inhabit SCP-001, displaying hierarchical loyalty to an unseen central authority (designation: ████████-Alpha). Entities encountered possess physical and thaumaturgical abilities far beyond baseline human capacity.

One such entity, encountered during Incident ██/██/20██, is described as:

A pale humanoid female of anomalously perfect symmetry.

Exhibiting vampiric traits: regenerative healing, blood manipulation, and reality-defying speed/strength.

Possessing ornate aristocratic garments, inconsistent with the tomb's funerary motifs.

Demonstrating sadistic behavior, taunting operatives verbally before neutralizing them.

Designation: SCP-001-A.

Addendum 001-1: Incident Report ██/██/20██

Exploration Team ██ breached SCP-001's first level. Transmission recovered prior to total loss:

[04:12] Team Lead: "Architecture here… it doesn't feel abandoned. It feels like someone's waiting for us."[04:14] Operative-2: "Movement! Front hall, thirty meters—female figure approaching."[04:15] Unidentified Female Voice:"Ara… how adorable. Stray mice in the master's halls."[04:16] [static — unidentified vocalization resembling laughter][04:17] Operative-3: "What the ████ is she— [screaming]"[04:18] [sounds of rapid piercing impacts, liquid splattering][04:19] Team Lead: "She's— it's drinking—"[04:20] [entire transmission consumed by high-pitched static and silence]

No remains were recovered.

Addendum 001-2: Theories

SCP-001-A is presumed to be a guardian-class entity tasked with protecting SCP-001's upper levels.

Entities like SCP-001-A are believed to function as enforcers for ████████-Alpha, maintaining control of the internal hierarchy.

[DATA EXPUNGED] suggests the presence of multiple entities of comparable or greater strength.
