"You ordered cream and sugar."
"Four pumps of vanilla, actually."
Ethan stared at him.
"It was meant for me, you just drank my coffee." Junior clarified after seeing the alpha's expression. 'He was the one that took my coffee!'
"Then give me the cup."
"Why?"
"Because you can't drink black coffee."
"No, I've already taken a sip. We can't exchange!"
Ethan leaned forward, resting his elbows on the desk. He folded his hands and looked at Junior.
"I'm drinking it. See?" Junior took another sip. He swallowed it and forced his expression into something neutral. "Delicious."
Ethan didn't blink. "You're drinking black coffee."
"I like black coffee."
"You put cream on hot chocolate."
"That's different."
"You asked me once if coffee could be 'less coffee-flavored.'"
Junior opened his mouth. Closed it. Took another sip.
