Then they saw one of the illusions phase through one of the Outer-gods and leave it paralysed for a second. It was hard to tell exactly what was happening, to discern whether it was thinking, confused or even adversely effected by the interaction would require clarity.
Nergal told Tenko to focus on evaluating that situation, if it showed any sign of agitation or lashing out in anger, they could be destroyed and turned into toys in an instant. Tenko wasn't about to argue either, he was at the limits of his practical abilities so the least he could do was observe, report and hypothesise.
