One moment you're talking about creating a kind of protection that goes from the inside out basically expelling the problem. Such a field would serve, for example, if a person has a curse in his body to be expelled. Or if a person has a poison you can manipulate it so that it obviously aims to expel it. How did you come up with such an idea?''. Andromeda looked at her husband in amazement.
'The idea is more or less that. But well, a little more unique. With poisons what would have to be done is very different. The idea of curses came to me because I came to a conclusion. Magic is good and everything but if you curse a person the effects hit him. , but how does it occur?''. The idea was good although I needed subjects to experiment with.
''Basically you would create a field that acts with an objective. In this case it would be to create an enchantment that through a ritual in this case would be one intended to expel a spirit of bad intentions would be taken out of a person's body. Very ingenious, very interesting and certainly well thought out. Andromeda I have never felt more proud than now knowing that you obviously chose a husband better than your sisters''. The idea had merit.
"For that you would need an enchanted object especially to absorb the potential of the ritual and then use it on the person's body... brilliant. I can see a lot of good in you. Are you sure you just want to be a lawyer? We could create a whole new set of enchantment objects with your ideas which makes me realize that obviously you are above the other illiterates who do not realize what they do''. Cassiopea was really impressed.
"The idea comes from the fact that many of the rituals are useful for what is obviously the use of wide ranges. Fertility rituals are used to increase what is basically the fertility of a group but not of a person. If you want the ritual to work, you would need an enchanted object that filters enough energy in the young Hadrian to obviously see the piece of soul completely expelled and thus we can lock it up.'' Ted shrugged his shoulders thinking it was the best plan he could think of.
"Do you want to capture Voldemort's piece of soul, huh? Some would say it's to torture him but a piece of soul only feels pain for being anchored to the earth without a physical body and I don't see you as a person who delights in the physical pain of others anyway. It doesn't look like your style anyway.'' Arcturus had to rethink what he knew about the child.
"Although there is nothing That would give me more satisfaction then seeing the same man who did not feel any remorse to fuck up the whole country pay for his sins. This man may have created more of those things we don't know anything about it. We need the information to be able to end it in our personal interests''. Ted was a lawyer. He would always act in his best interest and in this case he was too.
"So basically you want to turn whatever is left of the dark lord in Hadrian to turn it into a weapon to be able to use against him and his followers. Andromeda I'm going to say this with total honesty the husband you have chosen is by far the best husband we could have asked for. It is clearly very aligned with the Black family and their ways of thinking.'' Melania smiled with a cruel touch on her.
"He only acted like that because I see a threat when I have it in front of me. Voldemort is a partial problem. While it is true that he is powerful, how powerful is a single man? If we all really want Hadrian to have a dignified life and not be hunted by anyone, it is not only Voldemort who has to fall but each and every one of his soldiers''. The best way to solve things is when there is no enemy left alive.
''I guess when you put it in such a way it's clear that that's going to happen. Some would say that you are a muggle trying to promote an agenda that would obviously mean that you are trying by all means to make things end well for you. However, this is a standard Slytherin mentality. We are looking for the best for us.'' Arcturus agreed with Ted.
"I'm not trying to promote my pro-muggle agenda. Contrary to many, I am aware that the magical world has its customs, its rules and its norms. It's like going to a different country and telling them to do things your way just because that's what is done in your country. Such an action is not the right one... and because I know that Andromeda would have my skin if I try such a thing anyway''. The last thing was said as a joke but he could see the fun in the eyes of everyone present.
"Good to know that you know where not to get involved. War. I thought that after German we would have more peace but it seems that it is not like that in any way. I will have to make sure by all means that that child is properly taught. He is the heir Black and I completely refuse not to be educated as God commands only by some group of idiots''. I was very disappointed in James.
"Calm down brother. As for James Potter, if I have to be honest, I expected it. He's a follower. If Dumbledore says jump, he will do it without asking or anything. No wonder Charlus and Dorea weren't happy with him at all. However, there are good things. This child is possibly the greatest heir we could have expected. And this so-called war will be how it will be made known to the world and will make clear the power of the Black family once again''. It was as it was and nothing would change it.
"Good. We'll do your husband's plan. If it works and you do it correctly, it will be excellent and you will obviously be well benefited. Now let's get to work. Cassiopea works on what is the object of enchantment. In the meantime, I will go to the ministry. I will not risk them trying to claim guardianship in some way when they discover at the age of eleven that the child has magic. It won't be productive.'' With his thought more than clear Arcthurus gave the orders and left.
Everyone moved. They had several plans going on. Melania put work to make the house more than good for a child. The last Black had proven to be a mistake. He was very sorry that his children did not realize the value of the family and he hated it. Andromeda would have to get to work to make sure her family would have a good place here.
Everyone had things to do and they shouldn't waste time in any way. At the same time they had their thoughts on this that indicated in a few words that when the time came the war would begin again and they would make sure that this time their family was not affected. They knew little about the fate of the boy they had in their care at that time.
Present Time-
Hadrian was a one hundred and thirty-year-old man who was savoring his last dinner as he liked to think about it while thinking about his childhood. After the Blacks took Tom's piece out of their person, they dedicated themselves completely to many things.
Cassiopea and Arcthurus were the people who were hard on him but showed a high level of affection. They were proud and liked to talk about how I progressed. He didn't know until years later that it made them feel proud and that they felt that they could look their sister and grandfather in the face for having managed to raise him properly. Apparently they had a healthy fear of failing them.
Ted taught him a very important art. The art of manipulation. Like Huffelpuff, no one expected Ted Tonks to act like a Slytherin. Like a snake, he knew how to move among people without drawing attention. He knew how to wait for the opportunity. And I knew how to hit.
Ted Tonks was the closest thing to a father he had. He was a man I treasured. And it was his wife's father who was saying something. Man inspires him to be better and to know how to survive. He was one of the people who affected him the most on a daily basis and whom he asked for advice when it came to rather personal matters of a male nature.
Andromeda Tonks was the perfect mother. Loving. Affectionate. But first of all I teach him many things that had to do with an upbringing of knowing how to move among the circles of pure blood. Where Ted taught him the subtle art of manipulating and using as a lawyer Andromeda taught him as a true pure blood. Lessons that helped him survive when he took the mantle of Lord Black and immediately earned him the respect of many because unlike many people he did not demand, he did not command and he was certainly not so stupid as to think that the name is enough to take him out of everything.
Melania Black was the grandmother. Always affectionate. Always kind. And always willing to listen and give advice on certain topics. He lost Melania when a man tried to kill them all with an attack. She gave her life to stop Fiendfyre what spoke well of her. But it was his actions that taught him a very valuable lesson.
When you have an enemy you are not kind. You're not nice. You don't play fair. You're the bastard bastard and you finish them off with all the strength available. You hit where the most damage can be done no matter what. Because if a person is willing to hurt your heart, why should you be different about it? That was her grandmother's lesson and she treasured her all her life.
Hadrian had grown up knowing that he had enemies. There were many people who hated the Black family. For the so-called revolutionaries or on the light side it was because the Black family defended the old traditions. It involved following Lady Morrigan as a patron goddess. After all, she was the goddess of war, magic and death that were three definitive aspects of the life of any magical being.
They defended Lady Magic and worshipped her. There was no better way to describe it anyway and Hadrian could never think of anything else to say about her since as a patron goddess it was obvious that they would never disappoint her. Although it is also true that they believed in enemies who attracted to what was karma. Needless to say, the light side hated them a lot for that.
Then there were the traditional ones or the dark faction. The traditional ones were in a nutshell pure-blooded families that supposedly defended the ideas of death eaters. What they really defended were rights that Hadrian did not find comfortable in the least. Hunting muggles (because hunting muggles was boring), avoiding progress and many things.
With Arcturus in his position of Lord Black, multiple new companies flourished that guaranteed the power of the Black family in many ways but that involved born Muggles and mestizos. Needless to say, that didn't make many people happy.
Then there was the neutral faction. This faction was the one who advocated for the progress of magic but without losing the way of traditions. Needless to say, that earned a look of annoyance from many of the so-called two sides. For the light side traditions were dead or useless and for the dark ones progress was not necessary.
I didn't mean that they got along with the Black family because in the end the Black family was getting absolutely rich by advancing as they did. It was a more than obvious thing that no one could deny and that earned the wrath of many of the neutrals.
Hadrian grew up traveling the world. Unlike many wizards and witches, both Arcturus and Cassiopea efficiently recognized that magic was diverse. What they never expected was that the biggest impact on Hadrian's life was Marius Black. It doesn't matter what no one says and it doesn't matter what anyone thought Marius was the person who most affected Hadrian by showing him possibly the most dangerous thing you could show him to a wizard: science.
Honestly, both older wizards looked at their brother with clearly annoyed looks at the fact of what he had done but he just shrugged saying that it was not his fault.
Science is the rules of the universe. That's what a muggle would say. For even wizards are the forces. And after teaching Hadrian how the different forces of the cosmos worked, the expected impact arrived. Magic is the ability to alter reality and understand the world. With that of his hand Hadrian began what was obviously a path that would make him the most powerful sorcerer and to create possibly the most powerful magical dynasty of all.
However, one of his most effective memories was when he was forced to return to Great Britain and fight for his right as Lord Black. Whater they say, human stupidity had to be accepted as a factor. At the age of seventeen, his grandfather Lord Acthurus died peacefully in bed. He had left a will and everything but an unscrupulous man thinking he had the right to be the one who deserved it.
Hadrian would calmly remember the day he was formally introduced to the magical society of Great Britain and how disappointed he was with magical Europe because of how stagnant they were compared to other groups of magicians.
It was also for a simple reason. Rumors had come to him that Voldemort had gotten up again. Some would say it wasn't their problem and they would usually agree. It wasn't his problem to have to settle what was a nuisance. But then he remembered that Ted his beloved uncle could be a target which was totally unacceptable.
His grandfather Marius had already passed to the other life but his children and grandchildren could be a white person, something he would not tolerate either. Many things could be said about Hadrian but what was to earn his enmity was a big no as a certain blond-haired magician would discover when he came up with the brilliant idea of trying to usurp the line.
Hadrian savored the wine. I wouldn't deny it. He delighted in violence or rather in punishment. It was from enemy's as much as it was really from Lady Magic .Enemies invites to retribution each action will always have a reaction.Magic on the other hand made him strong, powerful and capable. No one could argue with that. Lucius Malfoy and Malfoy's now extinct house knew that perfectly.
