"Hey you!.... do you think you can treat a girl like that and just walk away? Maya yelled. She was already standing right in front of him with her hands on her hips and a straight face she wasn't the one to back down. Everyone was whispering while Adrian just stood there looking at her his was wondering if she was one of those students that acts strangely due to drugs, maybe she had gone crazy. Maya was about to speak when the crowd erupted with laughter "do you have something to say" Adrian asked with a raised brow his voice portrayed how irritated he was by her. That was when Maya realised that she did walk up to Adrian Cole but couldn't actually say anything she was tongue tied. She had only yelled at him in her head.
"Uh.... Um" she stammered 'scoff' Adrian scoffed lowering his face until his shadow was all over her, Maya refused to be intimidated with the way he stared cold and unreadable, so she stared back and for a splitting moment something flickered beneath his eyes making Maya catch her breath.
"I don't have time for this shit" he said as he just brushed past her with his shoulder deliberately hitting hers. Maya was just left standing by the fountain, she could see the othet students looking at her like she was crazy, while laughing. She just shook it all off and proceeded to find the principal's office. Maya made a promise to herself that this won't happen again she will speak up.

Maya straightened her shoulders and forced her way through the piercing stare of the other students. She could still hear their taunting words, but Maya just did not care at all. She kept walking almost aimlessly around the school indeed the school is really big it lives up to all the story she have heard, Maya just couldn't believe she made it to Crestwood Academy. She heard that rich kids are just spoilt brats so Maya couldn't ask anyone for direction she might just end up being pranked.
Suddenly Maya found herself in an empty and deserted corner it was really creepy, she was gonna turn around and leave when she accidentally bumped into someone.... "Oh am so sorry, I didn't see you....." Maya was apologising when she looked up and her words just got caught up in her throat. The guy standing right in front of her she couldn't tell if he was a man or a mini God. Maya had thought guys with this kind of beauty oy exist in novels and never in real life, his face looks like God had taken a whole day just molding it with all the perfection, his pink lips so evil and tempting and his jet black hair neatly combed, his grey eyes that was the part Maya found amazing, Maya's eyes drifted down his body as she kept on gawking like a starved dog feeding on a bone, his broad shoulder defines his great masculinity, his abs it's structure showed effortlessly through his light blue shirt, with the top button undone given an aura, his slender waist she wanted to feel it, his long straight legs, it was all just.... perfect with the way....."Oh yh take your time feasting we are in no rush, but please close your mouth, you might catch a fly princess" he said sarcastically with a smile.
That was when Maya realised she had been staring for so long plus her mouth was wide open, she suddenly felt a wave of embarrassment. "um... I'm sorry I didn't realise i was staring" Maya said almost in a rush as she made haste to flew, but then he grabbed her by the arm "Hey it's okay am used to girls staring all the time, besides you seem lost do you need any help" he asked causally, with his hands in his pockets. Maya was gonna refuse but she was already tired of being lost "yes, I have to find the principal's office " she replied with an awkward smile "well in that case you are very far from your destination princess, come on I'll show you" He said as he just walked past her and Maya just followed suite like an obedient lamb
"My name's Xavier, what about you?" he asked as he looked down at her with those pair of eyes that could entrap a soul "Maya" she replied curtly "seems like you are a new student well in that case welcome Maya to Crestwood Evil Academy" Xavier said with a smile as he stretched out his hands for a handshake.
